Mniy, You just need to look back over the last 6 months to see were the SP was and that was at the beginning, Now we are months or weeks away from great news, I have a feeling , Now is the time to be in PRD.
BTW, Paul was in Dublin yesterday, Must be working on Ireland project

IMO, Bids must be a good 12 months ahead of the competition, doing 3 years work in 1, Have big names on board, So i for one don't fear any other company.
