I have not posted since sept 2021 when i was hounded out from LSE Chat by the ramping gang because i could see what was happening. I was first of many to invest in Prd after Justin Waite was ramping the company back in 2018 and during that time i set up a PRD Twitter group, All of the group would agreed that we where being fed carrots with a lot of false promises from PG with a lot of underhanded things going on likes of giving the CLN company free shares to say that PRD would not use funding from a placement to pay off the CLN. I bailed out after Mou1 Duster and sold out at between 8p and 10p. i knew that i made the correct choice and so did half of the members in the twitter group who sold out, i then closed down the Twitter group after a certain investor (Kev) decided that he knew best and took 50% of the members with him.

I know for a fact that PG doesn't give a hoot about its private investors, You could tell that the way he spoke in the video, Small investors have been cash cows to shore up the SP after every placing buying back the shares that were being flipped from the city spivs for a 10 to 20 % and don't forget , The broker gets 20% of any money raised from a placing.

PG has done well out of this , He has lived his dream at the cost of share holders with little of his own money invested since there is no record on how much he paid for his shares at IPO

Regards the SP, This share was getting ramped to £148 oak securities paid for by PRD , Fox-Davies Capital were ramping £1 within a year paid for by PRD , Even a certain Mr Marshall came out of the woodwork to send the SP up to 20p before a placing and Mou 1 results

I ceased following PRD since Sept 2021 and only recently someone mentioned that prd was on its knees and reminds me very much of bidstack that i was pleased to bail out without loosing money.

Regarding the rampers in here , spare a thought for the private investors who have life savings tied up in this company due to the hype from the rampers

What has happened here is very much like koovs, the CEO bought the company out of administration for peanuts and shareholders lost a lot of money, the CEO is a labour lord called Lord Waheed Alli. I believe nothing came off it and Alli was able to walk away untouched even though it was clear on what he had done, Lord Waheed Alli I guess has that many connections that he managed to get away with it, I just hope that JD ends up getting prosecuted. The writing was on the wall for this company 3 years ago after draper on a podcast with JW that he was predicting 20x 30p, soon afterwards JW sold out and JD sold loads of shares, after that came results at Xmas knocking 50% of the sp down to 8p with a rns the following day with a upto £10 million pounds deal sending the sp up the following day, then the interview when JD was saying that he wanted the company to be massive and for his family to be proud of him and went on about Andrew house and it's been down hill since. Sorry to the folks believing in the ramping with how you like your toast in the morning. I have no doubt that JD will still be driving around in his sports car while the private investor suffers pain of loosing money. For me , I won't touch aim shares no more and I only invest in dividend stocks

Question Bottomzup, I have just read your post regarding Helx, Simple question , What is the SP today ?

Have a look at money sponge history from early this year with him ramping bidstack saying that he was buying at 3p saying that bidstack is going to the moon, he posted the day of the trading update that he bought more the day before at over 1.5p. Have a look at the SP now. Biggest bids ramper around but he dare not go back onto the bids site now. BTW , I do own a few AFC.. it's a punt but take no notice on sponge, he called bidstack badly wrong

The collapse of bidstack lays firmly at James Dramper and you can clearly see when the SP started its decline and this was soon after his ramping of 20X 32p and when he dumped a load of his shares that i can imagine bought himself a very nice car while the private investor was waiting on a RNS saying how he liked his toast in the morning.

I was most critical of the CEO from when he sold his shares and the run up to Xmas when the bottom fell out of the SP just before Xmas after a trading update Following up the next morning with a good news RNS of a deal up to 10 Million pounds and Andrew house joining the advisory panel which James dramper tried to make a big thing off. I can't see many people making money out of this stock after many putting life savings into the company after all the hype. Just one thing, Just be careful on who you listen to on Twitter and LSE chat with people ramping, They just don't give a hoot about you and your money... Take note , Where is money sponge ? Enough said and Well done to Helx for getting this right.

Noticed that one of the biggest rampers hasn't been on here for a few days after telling folk that he was buying...... Just take notice of these people, they know nothing about what's really going on or are they working for a broker.... Shorts or something else, never trust these kind of people. They didn't give a hoot about you or your money.

One thing for sure, if he has bought the shares that he allegedly bought, then he is well out of pocket. Be safe and don't follow rampers

I remember Koov well, Left many pennyless , Same old story with Aim Shares , Its all a gamble with the CEOs the biggest winner leaving the Private investor with nothing...

If anyone is looking for Money Sponge , He is over on BooHoo telling people how Boo is such a bad investment while only a few months ago , He was telling everyone how bids was going to Multi bag and now he wont respond to questions on his whereabouts on here. The Guy is a total joke and you just need to look at his recent investments to see how bad he is, I am pleased that he is under the TW radar.

Money sponge, what have you to say to your followers who bought in at 3p plus. You have been at it well before placing putting vulnerable investors at risk.

Thepublican, I think you need to do some research and how much they have raised in the last 3 years and at what dilution, I could pick massive holes in your post. If this tech was a that good, I am sure that Microsoft would be doing this tech and even better and other companies are doing adds in game's.
Good luck if you think this tech is the next best thing to sliced bread, but with dramper in control, the odds are stacked against you.

Those that ride bicycles are lucky, I often wonder about a certain investor if he is still on this planet. Many put in their life savings in the 30p area.
Remember the days of news and the SP would jump 20% , those were the days before we got to know the real dramper

Helx , It's rare now that I post on LSE now, but I do follow bidstack and the way the rampers come out in force, you can set your calendar for the next placing and at what price. But it was the time that James dramper sold those shares and then he realised news the day after the trading update when the SP crashed 50% only to rise the following day on a up to 10 million contact.. it's all there in the RNs history to see. Total joke. Please feel free to read my comments in my history regards bidstack over the years and you will see that I was correct. However, I do feel sorry for those that have lost money. Good luck to others who are trying to get out.
