If a shareholder of 11% of the company lose a share cert and request a replacement the company are quite correct to request indemnity prior to the registrar issuing a replacement.
This protects any contest of ownership and the shareholders from future potential complications.

That’s a new fiscal year so your cheating slightly, however as you bought it up I concur they would need a raise to mine themselves but the size of the area, the geo politics etc….could a tiny exploration company mange something this size WK is one thing but personally I don’t think that’s a realistic option tho there’s ppl who consider mining themselves a preferable option to selling?

We know from the RNS sale process is ongoing and they did not see a reason for a raise this fiscal year have developed WK licenses with DFS pending.
On that evidence the company know what they are talking about which is what investors look at over persistent negative conjecture with limited substance.

It didn't raise because it didn't need to, the company is solvent with cash in the bank, an asset in storage and a full mining season pending hence no urgent requirement to sell the stockpile?
