In 2020 the anual report was released for public consumption on 1st July.

The anual report is due by the end of June the aforementioned date will be the latest date said last week don't assume a date prior to the end of the month.

If what we have is so sought after it would of sold by now - This is relevant to the DFS, when we get confirmation of its value and of relevance to any potential buyer?

Invasion of course, was the last nail in the coffin - There have been plenty of assets selling in Russia, AMC & Uber to name 2, that does not correlate to the value of any potential asset sale here that we do not know?

I am expecting an RNS too, but caution don't want to asume a day/date you know what they are like and perhaps there is a considerable amount of info to compile (DFS)? Let's wait and see don't be dissapointed if it's not today mind.

Not of the opinion an iron project in Australia has much relevance to a PGM project in Russia also not seeing any indication the SS agreement was terminated?

It does not indicate anything of the kind in the RNS, as stated Sinosteel is relevant for 10 year period.

Where precisely does it indicate the SS agreement is gone in the T&C?

From a purely selfish point of view I want everyone invested in EUA to make money, the more money they make the more money I make I really don’t get this ‘I am alright jack’ argument as a share holder one naturally wants every holder to do well?

The relevance of options is likley renumeration of individuals post asset sale, as for cash flow the company stated their cash position company has cash in bank concentrate stored and the mining season is now upon us.

By all means carry on, annual accounts should be due half year June anyway I think going on previous years after which subsequent AGM which was July last year?
