We have referenced this point multiple times with Tygra, you need a binding agreement from a buyer and also an understanding of what was being sold given the multiple asset complexity and license areas associated with any sale?

Nobody here has been able to clarify who this mystery buyer was and the company did not confirm any such binding agreement with said mystery buyer before the war, therefore complex structure aside this is nothing other than wild conjecture and false?

Unless of course someone can offer up further details I suggest to shelve this nonsense until it invariably crops up again in another long winded and fact free post?

Yet another long letter of complaint to the FCA will be written in due course, and I hope others will write in also once this de-lists, and it will.

The company is skating on thin ice. The Nomad has to go. If he isn't gone by 7am tomorrow, there will be another email of complaint going in to the FCA

Not sure what you are referring to but I was referencing the point in regards to the NKT Project (formally referred to as the MT flanks license) and I am not aware of any PI's contacting the company in that regard as not sure how would they know?
