In regards to the court cases, the first one we are aware of in regards to the lost share cert and justifiable indemnity requested for a 11% share holder. I don't worry about this one.

The second one appears to be in regard to claim of breach of contract in regards to a non binding business arrangement? However I have not seen a response from the company in regards to this issue who is involved or what the claimant is persuing to raise concern?
-Does anyone have any further detail on this as until I see something of note for concern I see no reason to worry?

The sad thing is this war IMO was an avoidable tragedy which given the decade long history was a failure on all sides to resolve, as usual brave souls fight pointless wars instigated by ideological people.

The question now is what happens if Ukraine loses Bakhmut? Zelensky already admitted they would have to then negotiate and beside the further senseless loss of life what happens to all the NATO weapons, and massive unaudited money sent to the country, and Zelensky himself?

Bakhmut is IMO a attritional battle, the Ukraine spring offensive is not happening they have had to chuck thousands into this horror 10's of thousands no doubt dead or horribly injured.
