I have no doubt any buyers at the table and the one still at the table have seen the DFS.

IMV the only thing thats derailed a sale to date has been the tragedy in the Ukraine.

I would also like to see the DFS to be fair to tricky but I don't think we will, potentially could be all wrapped up prior to any release.

- Eurasia Mining

- Sinosteel (with a partnership arrangement still valid)

- The Russian authorities studying the DFS

- The buyer still at the table and any further potential buyers

- LTH's of Eurasia mining and available for public review by prospective buyers in Eurasia mining

Your indicating that spikey's views are as credible as qualified geologists in the aforementioned company's yet indicate that no one on the forum is qualified to review the data assume along with spikey?

Leno, well we made our points for and if they want to dispute the historical geological data it is all available for them to review and update us on their points they just need to do a little research through historical RNS?

Whether any of these people are actually qualified to analyse this detail..... I am not but I trust the information released again stress the historical reference and previous company involved.

In regards to the 'supposed assets' as well as the original buyer still at the table, there were detailed studys performed on the area by Anglo Platinum years prior to EUA taking up the area these are referenced in RNS release years prior.

We also had a FS and now DFS completed by the company on MT to go with the DFS at WK.

And then there is the Sinosteel agreement which as confirmed at the AGM is still in place.

So multiple geology work and reports from multiple company vendors at the current metal prices interested in a piece of these assets all indicate that the people who have reviewed the asset consider the value is considerable.

You only have to look at the weekend posting, I would say the AGM was a little too positive for the mob hence the additional noise. Look at some of the latest rants (if you can) and we see the wheels really starting to fall off.

Most of these people admit to not being invested yet post more X than those who are, a lavatory of negativity - go figure?

I don’t think any investors in the company concern themselves with these people in the slightest, why would you waste the same energy and time they expend on something they have no investment in?

A sale would not be performed on monthly or even 6 monthly spot prices irrespective of wether they have risen or dropped.

As for evaluating a buy price good for you for trying but it’s quite pointless speculation IMO as we have to consider the possibility of NYUD, NKT, MT DFS figures which we are not aware of and WK.

So we know the original buyer is still at the table as confirmed by CS and new NDA’s signed in June.

It may be the original buyer is interested in everything?

But it may also be more than one buyer interested in certain pieces as we know also there were buyers interested in the assets from previous RNS’s?

Therefore given we don’t know the full value, we don’t known the sale structure and we don’t know the buyers or any potential government ‘sale tax’

I/we have been here a long time to get over excited, I am of the opinion if the sale doesn't happen now (I mean this year early next latest) when will it? I remain positive and still of the opinion these are the only people who can achieve this milestone however?

Not sure what I got wrong in this instance I referenced several times Del asked some good questions but I disagreed with his voting options and we argued the points, irrespective those options were matter of opinion for each investor which he was entitled to.
