Ukraine is hanging on by a thread it does not have the man power to hold the front line not enough troops, no technology, industry, economy or functional government.

The country currently has a arctic weather event with temps -20c Kyiv with no heating no water residents have left in their thousands those with somewhere to go, other unfortunate souls suffer continual blackouts and no power as Russia continue to target the energy grids. This also knocks out train lines and subsequent logistics and supplies to a thinning front line.

Saying the talks are useless it's the only lifeline they have the moneys dried up along with the political will that was always sketchy if they had researched US foreign policy since 1947.

Germanys industrial economy ran Russian gas it’s the reason it was competitive along with the quality of the end product.

However in regards to one of its main exports cars it is equalled in technological innovation and now outcompeted in regards to quality/cost by Asian manufacturers.

This again is mainly due to the fact it has abandoned its cheap piped gas hence industry is winding down its manufacturing output has been shrinking since 2017, with this decline only gathering pace in the face of waning competitiveness. Among the key issues contributing to this dire situation, exorbitant energy costs faced by manufacturers across the country have been the most impactful, as highly questionable domestic energy policies and unfavourable changes in the global energy-trading infrastructure have left companies facing massive energy bills that have seriously hamstrung their capacity to remain profitable.

The 800 billion stimulus is 800 billion of debt its tax payers money to pay for infrastructure but mainly to re-arm Germany.
