With great resources, and other explorers and miners starting to benefit from the demand caused by the EV revolution (I hold KZG and Kodal), it’s even more frustrating to see IRON languishing in the doldrums. Even iron (yes, the element, of which IRON has 32m tonnes), is in demand for EVs:

I feel reassured that the research I did a few years ago to try and buy early into the “next big thing” has been validated. What I didn’t take into account was what appears to be some very bad management. The potential for IRON is, in my opinion, significant. I would just like to see that realised without me being diluted within an inch of my financial life….

Certainly not.
These 2 x 1m buys at £99k each are an unusually immense size for KZG.
Maybe, just maybe, my patience as a LTH will finally be rewarded.

Has the full agenda with resolutions been published yet for the 1st August meeting?
I thought what had already been released was just a circular with a more detailed notification to follow.

There are plenty of suitably qualified execs out there who are more than capable of creating success from this great resource. I could throw a highly respectable and reputable name from SA in to the ring - I think it would be very much in Ironveld’s interest to have a local business “heavy weight” steering the ship.

I learnt in my first few years of trading and investing how story-hungry financial journalists can be all-too receptive to the approaches of City insiders wanting certain stories to be published.

Of course, not saying that is what has happened here. I expect the ES will give Align and RJ equal coverage in their full response which wasn’t available at time of print but is imminent.

Align’’s and RJ’s posts are either incredibly Machiavellian and manipulative so he gets his own way, or on the other hand just plain honest and indeed honourable. I tend to think the latter.

I have had any financial planning I might have made destroyed by what might be generously described as misinformation by the BOD re financing over the last 12-months. And now instead of financing from Grosvenor to get production started we’ve got a raise at 0.3p and further dilution by the astronomical scale of proposed warrants (more if the vote doesn’t go fully in BODs favour - nice touch, that one).

So,
“If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got”.
as the saying goes, then it’s not a difficult decision - time for a change.

Ironveld have stated in an RNS on 13th July that the GM is 10am 1st August but have not released details which they say will be “released to shareholders in the coming days” - is that the same as “imminent” when it comes to Grosvenor funding?

I suggest shareholders contact IRONVELD directly asking for that circular to be released by end of this week so that appropriate time is given for shareholders to evaluate their options, decide how they will vote and, if voting through a nominee, time to do that.

I’m worried about you again ! So negative all the time. I hope your dark cloud lifts…

You know the SP, especially on AIM, does not move in line with how you would expect it to. This could be moving lower because some may think a positive end is insight and want shares, so inciting selling by lowering the price before buying. Could be the opposite of course, but crystal ball gazing and making predictions is fantasy land.

So nice to see part of my pension on the canvas. Not. But its not a KO yet. We need to see how this plays out with Align. Maybe IRONVELD will get second wind and come out victorious. We are definitely going the full 13 rounds. And feeling battered by it.

What is the process with a “requisition“?
Is Ironveld compelled to take action?
Or can they ignore it?
If they do ignore it what would Align do next?

Seems as though Aligns move is intended to better the prospects of a positive outcome for the company and its shareholders.
Accountability is a good thing. If Align have discovered grounds to justify their proposal then better we found out now and do something about it, rather than continue as we are.
If there are no grounds, great, the BOD can swiftly conclude the financing as announced last year to get Ironveld in to production.
