Depends on what methodology you use.
Price movement tells a story, unless you subscribe to the notion that all share price movement is random.
There ars many ways to use TA, and it can be used alongside fundamentals, market research, etc.
If it’s not for you, fair enough, but many people have made a lot of money trading with TA.

I am as frustrated / peed off as the next man, but we can’t do anything about it apart from sit it out until we know. AGM next week, and as you say, any signs of volume increasing with some chunky buys (or sells) prior to any announcement might indicate what the news will be. Worth keeping an eye on it.

It looks like MXC sp could be finding a bottom. The curve of the sell-off is flattening off, plus signs of a potential trend reversal are appearing. If this can break above 2.25p on an increase in volume then that could act as confirmation of a significant move north, with the next target being around 3.4p. I broke my own rules and bought shortly after the IPO. I would average down but funds are not available thanks to delays in expected positive news from IRON and KZG.

If they can prove up a lithium resource, this could have a significant impact on KZGs fortunes…

There are many more references out there that paint a similar picture, hence my investments too in KODAL and SAVANNAH RESOURCES.

Anyways, some big trades went through today, one for 1.5m and the other for 1.9m shares. Unknown if buys or sells, but could well be some big buys going through as we have seen happening recently.

Have a look at the 3-month chart.
And the 6-month.
And then look at the lows on the 2-year.

After a 6-month decline, it’s bounced off the relatively long term low of 0.95 and now just broken above 0.14, short term resistance, with a modest increase in volume, especially on the up days.
I think this is setting up for a significant move north ove the next few months.
Let’s see.

My guess, and that is all it is, is late Jan, maybe early Feb.
Should be plenty of time for final negotiation and to agree terms ( until it’s signed, it’s always open for negotiation), and to then rescue the deal once the lawyers can’t agree on specific contract clauses or wording!

A bit like KZG, IRON will get to a point where it’s direction is clear. For KZG that direction is self funded and positive.
For IRON, it looks like make or break time dependent on the Grosvenor funding.
This has previously not gone according to plan, but there is every chance that this is coming good.
Some of the BOD (GC, NH) have done very well with previous companies and I have benefitted from that. I invested here based on their past performance, not despite it.
I will know soon whether the “follow the directors” strategy was a smart move.

Nice to see the increase in big buys coming through.

@mecautious Not everyone is underwater and losing £000s If you came in to this a few weeks or months ago you would be laughing, with a lot more too come.

Well, thought I’d change the strand.
Far from a large sudden drop, this is just in a trading range until the next significant update.
And with AIM, just one large buy order sitting under the current SP can cause a temporary dip.
Down 3%? Me, concerned? Er, no!
