out, and Hainan does exercise their right to make Kodal recompense KMUK for this liability, I am still of the view that Hainan could make it very difficult for Kodal to maintain their holding in KMUK, especially if Hainan has a very close, “persuasive” relationship with the Malian authorities.

All speculation, and it might all sort itself out, but given that the sp has never really recovered, even though KMUK is now producing, I think the market also perceives significant risk.

@lamp56 - that’s similar to my positive and has also been my intention since mid-2024, but as you say. AIM is quick to fall and frustratingly slow to recover or rise. I was hoping to be out of AIM by end of 2024, but still waiting for “transformational” share price movement on sone of my stocks to put this part of my portfolio in better shape before exiting (I will take the hit on others just to get out of AIM), which now looks likely by end of H1 (fingers crossed).

Given the time of year it could be some kind of transfer but there have been so many regular large trades in KZG over the last few months that I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a straight forward trade. And with the likes of @funkybeats threatening to remortgage to buy more, anything is possible.

It’s misleading to think that for every sell there is a buy.

If you sell your shares to a Market Maker, they are purchasing your shares without necessarily having a corresponding buyer on the other side of the trade . By participating in the market as Market Makers they have an obligation to make a market. They also have numerous strategies to maximise their profit, not just from the spread of matching a seller with a buyer, but by anticipating market news . For example, even without buyers lined up they may encourage selling to accumulate shares if they have research/knowledge that would indicate that a company’s value will soon increase, and then sell those shares once the share price reflects that new higher value. And who is controlling the share price ? Yep, the Market Makers. They’ve pretty much got things stacked in their favour which is why the phrase “the House always wins” is so pertinent , especially on AIM.

Considering that some, expecting a quick win may have been bailing out, the volume of people of doing that is really extremely low. So I do not think the drop today has been caused by selling pressure, but more probably there are other reasons such as significant buy order(s) at a lower price. There was no bad news or unpleasant surprises today, so I will remain patient and hold on tight my little nuggets!

$600k should already have been received from Fujax for initial off-take payment. Production should be ramping up, potentially with further off-take agreements to be announced.

And IF Perdevlei license does get announced, then I suspect there will be a rush of investment interest from off-take partners.

Resolution of Arbitration will likely lead to further payments from Hubei, or an alternative sale agreement .

Diamonds revenue likely to be announced.

I don’t see the need for a raise.

One can assume that DH is under an NDA with the Bolivians (hopefully a Mutual NDA to protect both sides).

As someone who has been invovled with multi$m deals internationally, I certainly would not be posting updates on the state of any negotiation. That would present huge opportunity for competitors and create unnecessary risk to the deal.

Keen as I am for more news, I would prefer to wait until there is news on a definitve outcome. Frustrating as this may be to investors waiting for (delayed) news, it's the most apporpriate course of action.

@steven - if you check through previous interims and end of years, there is often a section of “post period updates” which does exactly that. You may be pleasantly surprised, or perhaps if there is other news, rather than just interims, they will issue separate releases via RNS. If there’s news of the ML being granted then the cost of that having its own RNS becomes insignificant compared to the revenue that will be generated.

A few pictures never did hurt, and KZG have often drip fed information by pictures, in my opinion as a way to reassure people before they can release official news that things are on track.

I’m with @fb on this - I do think DE has shown himself to be a decent and honest CEO. We all know what a casino AIM is, and that nothing is a dead certainty, but Dennis has successfully steered this company through troubled waters and is now, so it would very strongly appear, on the verge of turning it into something much bigger than I think anyone could have predicted. Hold tight. Not long to wait before we get news.

@pauly80 - Agree, but i can only assume they won’t be sitting around waiting IF that’s the case. As engineers and scientists there will be work to be done. Meanwhile, CLON will be actively working with YLB.

And the fact that Warner has INCREASED his holding recently gives me some level of reassurance that things are moving in the right direction.

Below is from the CHMX quarterly report, posted in November 24. One can only assume that significant progress has been made since then.

“The first system is undergoing trials. The first trials conducted have been positive and have led to a number of alterations to the basic system with certain supplements to improve the processing speed and to reduce costs. The trials and tests should continue through to the first quarter 2025 and it is estimated that testing of customer brines should begin in the first quarter 2025.

The Company will run the first extraction tests on brine solutions mixed with controlled defined quantities of single elements followed by controlled mixtures that will approximate the naturally occurring brines of potential customers. The Company has already received small brine samples from Clontarf Energy plc (“Clontarf”), a UK AIM listed company with whom the Company concluded an agreement for iTDE Technology in Bolivia through a jointly established commercial venture. The composition of these brines will be the basis for modeling these controlled samples. This initial calibration of the system will be done by making synthetic brines based upon analytical data received from the Bolivian State Lithium Company and should provide a basis for better testing with actual brines. We expect large container sized samples of actual brines to arrive in India in or about January of 2025 for testing in our pilot plant system.

The Company continues to work with it Indian partners to test the effectiveness of proprietary nano-filtration system to use in front of our pilot plant system to remove significant amounts of divalent ions, such as magnesium and calcium, without the use of any chemicals. This may make our complete system more economical in challenging remote areas such as our project with Clontarf in Bolivia.

The Company has committed to establishing a small office in India as a permanent base in which to continue its system development and better to manage work with its Indian partners”.

Another chunky trade went through today for 1.5m shares valued at nearly £25k, and there wasn’t a paired trade to indicate it was a rollover. Given the frequency of these larger trades, I think “Regular buyer” is a more apt subject header.
