Where's all this cash coming for his millions for Ukraine? Millions for African countries he has pledged? Millions to house all the immigrants he's about to allow to settle? The answer to all that is US. We will pay it with higher utility bills. Higher taxes. This country has anough oil, onshore and offshore to have our own MAGA, MUKGA 💪😂

Drill drill drill! That's what the man said and it looks like Union Jack are doing just that. Will we see a third well on the Andrews site? Moan and complain as much as you like but DB made a timely decision taking the company into the United States. We could be following Europa into Equatorial Guinea of UKOG into Turkey. We could be holding loads of JV fracking licences with Egdon/Heyco but lucky for us we have a brilliant producing licence in Wressle, a producing well at Keddington that is presently being upgraded, one producing well in the US with another looking like it could be on its way to being a producer too. Then we have the prospect of a couple of additional producers from the secondary recovery, the Wilzetta to be drilled within a matter of months and whatever other deals that are put together, seems to me the opportunities are boundless and DB is taking advantage of them. All being paid for by the cash reserves the company has being amassing. I feel pretty confident in the share price catching up as the interest starts gathering a little pace across the water, which I am sure it will.

Itsawrap, I feel West Newton is still on the table. The extension was granted and everything is in place still for the JV partners to drill a well as indicated. I agree, Biscathorpe is dead in the water. There are obviously substantial upgrades going on at Keddington so you could be correct on that, although personally I would prefer them to concentrate on the US stuff. No worries of sudden change to the circumstances out there. A side track here could be three more wells in good ol Oklahoma 😃

It will be interesting to see how quick this initial phase is accomplished and we get the first update. Will the target depth be cut short or will they drill the whole way down? Looking at the proximity of the Andrews 2 well to the Andrews 1, if this is as successful as I would like to believe the first well is, we could have a mini oil field in the making. Can you imagine that, after all the years fighting planning over here and in one year we could see a row of Union Jack Oil pumpjack's drawing oil up and filling those tanks everyday. 😄

Pboo. I admit to selling some when the announcement on fracking sent the sp into orbit, I think I sold a chunk at 47p. But I then bought a load back at 32p, 22p and 16p. As far a s a loss goes, it is not that great an amount. My actual holding though when we once again see 50p or more will be quite a substantial figure. But this has little to do with my confidence in the future here. I can see this company has a future, something many have not. This will, imo reach Heid's pound at some stage and i am in no hurry tbh.

My post on 14 Jul 2024 10.26 received 17 likes. That is way over the amount of people that actually post on this BB and way over probably any post made here. This would suggest there are far more people that appreciate my comments than yours, Heid's or anyone else that tries to damage sentiment here. I am aware that the major shareholders attending the AGM were extremely satisfied with the comments from Miles Newman on the Andrews operation and all questions to the board were met with explanations and answers that ensured their continued support. So yes, I am very confident in the future here, I am more than assured the entry into the US will return value here and in all honesty I have no interest whatsoever in yours, Heid's or anyone else's negativity. Whilst I may question your agenda, I do not question your sanity.

Pboo, no, but I can tell when the positive outweighs the negative and the positivity coming from the company does not suggest failure in any shape or form. You just prefer to focus on anything you can that removes any positive sentiment. I do find it strange how you never challenge the negative. Heid posts her negative cr4p 24/7 and you probably smile and vote her up yet every positive post I make you find something to comment on to make it negative. Your agenda is quite clear to me but you carry on mucker!

Jabez, I fail to understand why you or anyone would stay in a stock, moaning and complaining about the management performance for years and years. That's not investing, thats pure foolishness. If you see no future, go. If you think it will all come good, hang on. Surely you can look back year on year and analyse your investment and as to why you have stuck with it.

Pboo, it was extremely clearly stated that the Andrews 1-17 well was contributing to the revenue stream and the company were awaiting with high expectations on the result of our follow-up well. Now you may interpret this completely differently to me but the reason for the flow rates not yet being published are down to upgrades being installed for permanent, stabilised flow rates and the gas to grid installation and connection. In between they were awaiting a larger capacity pump and a permanent electricity supply. This all leads ME to be pretty confident the flow will be in excess of the 100 bopd reported under clean up conditions. In other words, my glass is half full, not half empty. The Andrews 2-17 well is extremely likely to mirror the first well. I am sure we will get an update as soon as target has been reached so perhaps we should wait and see.

Pboo, I have no hate for the forum, more the people who seem to enjoy trashing the investment of so many who do actually believe in the company. There is a solid case here for value now. We will no doubt, here the Andrews 2 well has proven successful based on its location. Lots on the cards here. The SP will recover as more focus is levelled at the US and the portfolio expands. No waiting for years for mobilisation, no planning objections or green issues. Different ball game altogether and it sadly seems the same people continue with the same negativity.
