I know what your saying but I don't believe you can take that wider view on a miner, if I thought I wouldn't be making money after a couple of months then I wouldn't invest at that time.

The problem I see is the longer we stagnate the closer we get to a share issue. The company may well boom and the market cap may grow 50% but that doesn't mean the share price will if 100's million shares are issued to pay for rigs.

The lower the price the more shares issued and at some point there WILL be a share issue as its the reason for bei g listed. I'm feeling like a bag holder more than ever at the moment.

Ive been looking at that type of thing over the past few weeks and it's starting to spook me a bit. I keep putting it down to the other miners just veing better investments and more in favour but I am really starting to wonder if the market (big money) knows something we don't. It's just broken.

It's actually annoying as hell. Whatever the reason the shareprice is at what it's at and no matter how many posters on here try to say how great the company is that fact is the market doesn't agree.

Mara, Hut8, riot all up over 10% today... Arbk up about 1%.

The slow growth strategy just doesn't seem to be working. I reckon I'll be dumping this tomorrow and buying some of the others. I'm thinking drop 75% - 80% of my holding from both Isa and SIPP.

Just need to find a good home(s) for my pennies.

Yes you did and I'm about to take that advice (non financial advice). I've held on for about as long as I can but it's always Jam tomorrow and I think it might of even made me a bit bitter and cynical haha.

I'll have to do some reading tonight as to which one of the big miners have recently done a share issue so I can atleast avoid that landmine atleast for a few months.

Definatly not a no brainer.. Btc has gone from 40k to over 60k so around 50%... And in the mean time we have at very best stood still, at worse we have lost.

It's not a no brainer, it's turning into a charitable endeavour that the market really doesn't like.

Ahh yea to be honest i always forget/discount the hodl due to me thinking it won't really be sold off in a meaningful way, I think the preference is to use it as loan colateral

Ive only skimmed through the video of the investor call but one thing that stuck out to me was PW reiterating the purpose of joining nasdaq was greater access to capital.. Although I've obviously known that to be the case, as it what all companies are listed for, it still made me pull a face to myself.

The 85 million has already gone if you take what what's known into account, I. E. The cost of just building Helios, then the galaxy 20 mil then machines that we still don't know how we will pay for them.

Miners by thier nature must raise capital and expand, which I have no issue with. I do have an issue with more hires, swimming pools and not increasing hashrate

Yea, argo doesn't seem to good at delivering what matters most.

I think I'm going to lighten the load abit after the next monthly rns, Ive been 100% all in and I've missed out on other miners. Nearly time to drop 75% of my holding.

It wasn't very long ago that PW stated there wouldn't be any issue with machines at all, they are not a concern. I think he was relying on picking up some cheap Chinese machines. Didn't happen, hasn't worked.

Like it or not, the share price is dictated by hashrate not swimming pool charity work. We need to increase machines.

Its just non news with nothing being said.. Its all part of Argos "Slow Growth" strategy. Every day is just a little bit of disappointment to sprinkle on your t*rd sandwich before taking a bite.

As you know I had my fun with QBT with a in and out trade so I'm not a holder by any sense (my view on the company remains the same)

But I am quite amazed at how well the share price has held up in the absence of any real news, its quite impressive. The QBT holders must be really die hard.

I actually, genuinely, hope it works out well for you (and yes I will trade it if it moves again).

Its strange because they have done it before rns. They have highlight things that have happened outside of the reporting period, it all just adds to the confusion and muddyness of what's going on with rigs.

In all fairness I do ask a decent amount if questions, I also answer a decent amount too.

As for taken over a board.. Actually I hate it, I wish people would just stop focusing on me being a troll or not and not turn it into a circus... I bet there's loads of people who read the board and want to add or ask something but are put off by the reaction of a core group on here.

Ironically it's actually improved over the past few months.

That makes sense, thanks, does that mean that a NED has greater 'power' than a exec director or are they all seen as equal and have equal weight in decisions.

I can imagine what a executive director would say to a non exec director where I work if they were told by the NED they did like something the Ed was doing, don't think it would quite work

There are a decent group on here that talk good sense, I don't filter anyone but it's the sensible folk I want to be debating and sharing thoughts with..

Now nit long before the RNS is due, hopefully that will change the board tone.
