Robin made a point of mentioning the interims in the roast Interview released today. We should also be getting the TFS next week, and potentially the prospectus if the FCA review it quickly enough, the CLG debacle was the reason its been put back, now we've got the funding from Atlas in place, things should be smooth sailing. No sign of any big sells, as I suggested earlier I think they are a smart outfit, and can see the bigger picture. Notice our resident doom mongers dissappear again when the SP regains ground.

Unlike CLG, Are not struggling and perhaps can see the long term benefit of staying on the TM1 bods good side by playing by the book. By not forward selling and supporting the Co they are more likely to be considered for future business moving forward.

The last CLN started forward selling almost immediately, the tale will be in the trades very shortly.

As Charles Archer mentioned recently, funding options are scarce at the moment, whilst the CLN isn't ideal, it does provide the prerequisite access to capital required for the RTO. We are also on the cusp of being highly profitable. The TFS application process was restarted Late December/ Early Janaury. It takes 12 weeks to complete, we are pretty much at that juncture, next week I believe is the 12th week. As I, and many others have pointed out, we won't get the prospectus for the RTO until the TFS is out, as Alex and Robin will no doubt want to include the detail within the prospectus. There's plenty of meat on the bones now. We just need the final jigsaw pieced to fall in place.

The TFS is the news that will properly move this up again. As the co said, the process takes 12 weeks and was re-started in January due to the customer changing the address, as we know, BFS has a new black mass refining plant in Germany. My moneys on that being the new address, and where our BM will be heading for the next 18 months until our own refining processes are in place.

The TFS is due very soon, we will be selling black mass to someone else in the meantime, and in 18 months time we will be able to refine it ourselves, thus creating the circular economy.

Completely Agree Andy, the TFS is due next week, week 12 as stated in January, and probably the prospectus too.
