Selling gas abated. Perhaps the CLN has cleared. Now hopefully the BOD don't do anything stupid, like draw down again! Hopefully the TFs license lands soon and we can start selling black mass!

Fair point old wasp. Some more speculation from the TG group this afternoon, not much selling yesterday or today. Let's see if that trend continues tomorrow. If it does, could be indicative that they are done. If so, perhaps a recovery is on the cards with next news. We shall see.

It's speculation, but we know the customer is in the EU, we know we will be exporting black mass over seas to sell. And they have an automotive sector, and are a massive chemical company who would definitely buy our product. So yeah, completely ridiculous to put two and two together. I must be stupid, paha.

An excellent poster in the TG group has just pointed out that Scott Robinson, the BASF accounts manager has been liking a lot of Tm1/recyclus bod posts and vice versa, I wonder if they are the customer that will be taking the black mass once the TFS lands.....now that would be big news.

People cry foul because you refuse to offer any balance in your argument. I will concede, if the TFS does not come through by end of March, and the company cannot sustain itself from the sales of black mass, and is forced to draw down again, the shares will indeed go lower. But, if it does come through as expected, and we get the other news expected, lead acid plant, more deals, and the prospectus then this short term pain from the CLN holder forward selling will be just that, and the funding package will have achieved exactly what it set out to do. You refuse to acknowledge any of that, that's why you are called out. As I said, I suspect you will be wrong in the long run.

Totally agree BogDan, very well put. The naysayers have an agenda. AJS isn't here commenting because he wants to save people from an bad investment, he wants the price down. Either because he's short, or because he wants to trade it and is waiting to buy back as cheap as possible, before we get the news flow we have all been waiting for. Just a couple more weeks and things are going to be looking a lot better for shareholders, patience will be rewarded.

Is this from the fundraise In March 23, involving Johnathan Swann, TR1 holder, if so I very much doubt he's going to do anything to devalue his own holding.

We will see come march, i suspect the TFS will come through, more deals will be announced, the prospectus will be released and the last of the CLN shares will churn through. The funding gap will be closed, and you will turn from being right for 3 months, to wrong for the foreseeable. Let's see where we are come April!

Another 6-8m million down again today, I think they could be done sooner than 10 days time at this rate. Gifting shares to current buyers.

So assuming they started forward selling on the 23rd, they've had 21 trading days to forward sell. So on 5m shares a day, 30 trading days to clear 150m some days they could have sold through more or less. So I reckon we have a week, maybe 10 days more. In the meantime more news could drop, more buyers will enable them to clear through quickly. Your days of peddling this death spiral narrative are numbered I reckon AJS.

Price is holding up despite selling. Seems to be around 5-8m being dumped a day since the start, hence me saying it could be nearly done.

I don't disagree there could be more short term pain. Great entry price for new buyers, I'll be buying more. This will turn aggressively when the tfs is released and the prospectus comes out for the rto. March is the month IMHO.

We need the forward selling to be done. Must be nearly there. More good news to come. I think we will be back nearer 2p by end of March, the TFS will be a game changer as we won't just be relying on gate fees, we will be able to sell black mass. The TFs was delayed due to the customer changing the delivery point, so the process had to be restarted early Jan. Should complete in the next few weeks! Get em whilst they are cheap.
