They had commenced the 36-2 production test before things went pete tong in February 2023. So I'd suggest activity will begin around then regarding the re-drill. I'm hoping the next rns indicates that the gas plant refurb is imminent. And could be completed by the time we are re-drilling 36-2. Possibly tieing in 16-2. So as soon as production testing has finished we can sell volumes to dominion. If I'm anywhere near right, and that looks like a possibility. This will turn quickly in the next few weeks.

I think it was originally Doddy, just plans have had to change due to the decline rates and lack of slawson income.

I admire your eternal optimism bubble. I'll be amazed if we get any news prior to slawson production figures. My educated guess is that what happens next hinges on what we can borrow to pay for the gas plant refurb and pipeline for 16-2. Plus, what the insurance provider has returned to us from the blow out. I think a jv will be further down the line when we have sorted the current problems and are negotiating from a position of strength. Whilst I am royally p**sed off with the state of play, things could turn quickly if the above starts happening.

Agreed Molatov. It was just plain stupid, to first tease a possible first two weeks of production as part of the williston update, to then state in that it would be at 30 days, leaving investors to assume that meant end of November, to then tweet on the 30th we have another 2 week wait. Embarrassingly bad comms. Exactly as you have said, he needs to let the company walk before it runs and rebuild investor confidence. That needs to start with the next RNS!

I think the current selling will just be LTH who have had enough. Plenty of people bought at sub 1p so will still be in profit at these crazy low prices. Its people like me with an average of 6p getting shafted! No choice but to hold. I don't think we will get any news until next week personally. Mid December. As I keep saying, I really hope its slawson figures, followed by funding and gas plant refurb.

People should rewatch the webinar to remind themselves of the suggested news flow.

Slawson wells= ability to draw down more from the debt facility.

That money, will allow the next steps toward progressing paradox production.

CH needs to deliver a definitive plan ASAP.

Personally I will be greatly disappointed, if we only get production figures and nothing else in December.

I still have hope that news on the gas plant refurb comes soon, because frankly production from any of the wells drilled in the paradox is fruitless until we can sell it into the dominion pipeline. Gas plant being ready to accept volume in the next few months is of paramount importance. I hope they can deliver that at the very least.

I know the feeling Duffs. I've emailed CH again today asking if we can also expect news on the debt package leveraged from the slawson wells in two weeks. That's really the news we are interested in near term, as that is what will allow us to progress getting 16-2 online.

Glad expectations are being managed. Should also allow them to approach the lender and present a more robust rns with a forward looking plan for paradox production.

Well today is the 30th day of production.

I emailed Colin last week laying out what investors are expecting. I am hoping we get a comprehensive RNS. Covering production, further debt package and a forward looking plan that results in paradox production ASAP.

Good to hear Elland. He's responded to me also assuring that alot is going on behind the scenes and he will be getting news to market ASAP.

I emailed CH yesterday, explaining the bad feeling amongst the LTH here. He needs to give a good update on what's happening with the pipeline for 16-2 and gas plant before year end.

Slawson wells, we will get 30 days production figures. Then we will be able to take a further 10 million from the debt facility. I'm assuming that will occur in December, and it should be followed with details of how that money is going to be used to better our position. Hopefully gas plant and pipeline to put 16-2 into production ASAP.

I'd love to see a JV partner ASAP, that alone would propel us back to 6-7p as it would remove a large portion of uncertainty.

We are certainly at a major infection point. CH went on record recently saying there was absolutely no need to raise equity. And that we are well positioned to self fund all of these activities. The tell will be in the next month I feel, there must be some news due soon to backup those claims.
