Points toward Atlas, our current funding partner, appear to be playing ball, so no forward selling. Evidence also points toward the TFS being due very soon, and at that point we go from being cash generative to cash positive. And I suspect the name of our Asian client, once known, will do wonders for the Sp on merit alone. Once that happens, we will no doubt finally get to see the prospectus, there is no reason at all for the Rto not to go forward. The commissioning of Tipton will resume and add another source of income, in the form of lead acid recycling. The fact is, we have funding for the next 18 months at a worst case scenario we may need to use some more of that 5.5m facility, but I don't think we will need to! It's just there to satisfy the regulator, to show we have access to working capital.

Still believe that the TFS license application process is underway, it will come in, and our fortunes change. This is out of our control. Everything else becomes easier moving forward, once that lands, and it won't be long.

3 and a half months ago we where not on the cusp of the TFS. Which will bring in circa 1 million a month revenue....

We know why the TFS is yet to materialise, it's common knowledge that there are delays in issuing licenses. We had to re-start the process early January because our Asian customer, moved the delivery point. As you should know, TFS licenses are site specific so this put a spanner in the works. Some of what AJS has said is correct in the interest of balance, but his doom and gloom outlook is not correct, in the face of the fact that once the TFS is issued, the need to draw down from the CLN will not be necessary.

If Atlas were going to forward sell, they would be doing it now, it would be relentless, and they would be seeking to take advantage of this small news vacuum. Comparing TM1 to COPL is also not a fair comparison, that ship was sinking before Atlas got involved, they just took advantage of the situation.

If you read the lasr RNS relating to the previous CLN provider, CLG, you will realise that 20 million sale related to them. Stop wasting your time spreading misinformation.

With a huge amount of black mass in store, waiting for the announcement of the off take agreement, the tables could turn very quickly. I wouldn't want to be on the wrong side of that, and I don't think Atlas would want to be either.

That's where Anwar comes in, we will have our own refining process. But in the meantime we will be selling to a customer in Asia, and we have had a heck of a lot of feedstock through the gates since November, so we likely have a lot of black mass sat there waiting to be sold. As we know, the TFS process has been subject to delays and we are past the 12 week time period that it would usually take. I am really looking forward to the day it lands, so I don't have to read Winnys drivel any longer!

We should have our own black mass refining in 18 months. In the meantime we will be selling black mass to Asia, who already have the tech to do so. Which is still highly profitable. We are weeks away from being cash positive, not months. As Andy has alluded to in previous posts, we have been actively recycling batteries for months, we will have a huge amount of black mass to sell once the TFS lands.

I wouldn't be surprised to see more deals drop next week. Also, we are in the 12th week of the TFS application process, there have been delays on issuing licenses, so could take a little longer, but it could drop anytime. Considering we have likely processed in excess of 100t of batteries already we likely have a nice stockpile or black mass waiting to be sold to our new, yet to be named, Asian partner. Trading this now is very risky, it will only take the TFS to shift us back into 5th gear. The market hates delays, but they have not been of our making.

They won't be selling those Wkw, the loan will be replayed from funding through Atlas, I expect that's why we are drawing down 1.5m. Wait and see.

All we know is the TFS process takes 12 weeks, but the issuing of licenses of late has been subject to delays. Tm1 had to restart the application process late December/early January as the customer changed the delivery point. TFS licenses are site specific. Agreed Andy, the CLG capital debacle really put a spanner in the works. Fwiw, I don't think the prospectus will be much later than expected, as we know it's with the FCA awaiting final sign off now. And as you say, the TFS needs to land to complete the picture, that will hopefully be this week. If not next. But my gut feeling is this week.

I'm just a PI who doesn't suffer fools, and I hate perpetrators of market skullduggery. I'm well researched, and I except the risk of my investment, so I don't need faceless white nights to tell me what to do with my money. These clowns are trying to clog the board, and slow the rising sentiment. Tm1 are at a critical juncture, about to become very profitable. Pay your money and take your chances!

Either way, despite the resident drongo waffling, we've had a good week with lots of news. Some more due next week, that should directly correlate to increased revenues, hopefully from black mass sales!

It's normally because they are sickly and lame, so get pushed out from the pack. I think Artic suites that description to a tee haha!
