If the TFS lands the rest of your theory falls to pieces, it's the decider between who's right and wrong here. It's delayed, we know the EA are experiencing delays, so it not being with us yet, is not a problem of our own making. Patience will rule out.

I've also got my average right down now after buying my first big tranche in December at 1.4. Now we'll under a penny, and it's payday a week today, if we are still here I'll be having another top up.

What do you think happens to them then? We've been using lithium ion technology for a long time, all those eV batteries, mobile phones, vapes. And continue to do so creating new demand.... EV sure had 6 years of backlog to send us....

Good read Bryn, agree with a lot of what you have said, only disagree on one point, the need for the business now. We've had over 100 tonnes of feedstock through the gates since November. There are stockpiles of lithium ion batteries in storage all around the country as there has not been a viable recycling solution until now. Once the TFS lands it will become apparent how much black mass we have to sell in the off take agreement. Our Asian customer wouldn't have entered into this deal if we weren't going to be able to supply them. Proof will be in the pudding!

Yeah nice indeed. Long may it continue. Each day that passes we are a day closer to the TFS being delivered, and the prospectus being signed off.

It does seem that some of my speculation around Atlas's motive and tactics appear to be correct. At present they don't appear to want to push the price down further than here. They'll want to be able to sell their 200m + shares to recoup the 1.5m loan and likely make some more on top. They'll need a share price higher than today to sell into. Personally I think they are banking on news fairly soon, if they didn't think there would be the risk of volume soon, I think their tactics would be more aggressive.

Well it certainly looks like the bottom is in, and the forward selling was short lived. I wonder if there was some sort of agreement between our BOD and Atlas to manage the situation.... Short sharp aggressive forward selling to achieve an acceptable Vwap. Ensuring Atlas get the quantity of shares they wanted, followed by a ceasefire before news. They can then sell their shares into significant volume, after conversion, at a huge profit. As I doubt when the TFS lands many PIs will sell, Atlas will have the supply and the market will create the demand. Or they may be locked in for a while after conversion, so the SP may already be significantly higher when they start selling again. Win win. Conjecture on my part. But I can't see any other reason for the sudden aggressive fire sale, then subsequent normality with ground reclaimed. Open to others interpretation.

Can't help but be a bit smug, called it last night saying I thought this was a timed exercise to achieve the Vwap they wanted for conversion. They'll get 245m shares for their efforts, they'll want to be selling those for over 1p to majorly profit, I imagine they'll start selling into volume once the news we are all waiting for drops.

Agreed Horult. I think they've got the SP where they want it now. They will convert and make a huge profit on the ride back up. Glad I've averaged right down to take advantage.

My thinking now is they have crashed the price, converting around here will net them around 230 million shares. They will likely seek to keep the price down, further if they can obviously, before news on TFS etc is released. I suspect, that once that happens and there is more buying resistance they will take the lowest Vwap and convert, giving them the ability to make a lot more money as the price recovers on the 200 million plus shares they will have gained from forward selling. Great business for them, horrid for the PI. I bought another 20k shares today, that's me tapped out for now! Average under a penny now though, so look forward to the rebound.

No they are done. That business concluded with the 20 million share sale a couple of weeks back. This is just Atlas now.

Miller, there is only one lender now, Atlas. And yes they appear to forward selling. We need news ASAP, the TFS is well overdue now. Hopefully this week.

We didn't want it to be Atlas, but I concede it likely is now. Oh well, when life gives you lemons, make lemonade. I'll have to average down further whilst we await news of the TFS.

And as someone in the TG group kindly pointed out, the TFS process takes 12 weeks to complete the application and submit, there is then a deliberation period following that to, we are now in that deliberation period, so it could drop anytime. My money is on sooner rather than later.

Haha Im spreading my bets, getting some today, but keeping some powder back for Monday just incase it does go lower. I still maintain anything under 2p is a good price, these prices are a steal. If we do get a Monday rns I'll just have to spend the rest at 1p plus!
