agreed frankmu.we should receive news re the ema package submission by end of july and apparently,according to barders interview ,some news on the cbd collaboration during july ,although what that might be I've no idea. its a very early stage collaboration so not personally expecting anything substantive in that regard.

callaway and lord font it's what you would expect.i did post a while ago ,albeit a trifle facetiously, when someone posted to say they expected poor results,to say i hoped they would be absolutely awful (or words to that effect) as it would show they were expanding on development etc. i don't want to be totally one sided and blinkered, but this is genuinely pretty much what i expected.if a raise is need down the line,and i think it will be, so be it .i doubt they will have trouble raising although that does assume the they will be able to continue to build on the present base. imo we need to be looking at what type of company it will be in two or three years time.just my opinion.other opinions are available.gla

would having a seat on the board put then in a difficult position if they are trying to facilitate a hostile bid?just musing ,but they may have a freer hand for that type of purpose if they are completely extraneous to management.if they are going to push for change internally then it would probably be different.i.could be very wide of the mark of course.

absolutely ORLM.i have no idea why anyone sensible and agenda free would expect anything other than results of this type during this period of development.the implications of the o2 tie up (one of the reasons why i bought back in) lie not in its revenue producing potential in 10 weeks but in its strength as an endorsement of the product and the company and as a harbinger of its future potential.just my opinion of course.

yes lordfont gore must be very anxious to do something, but i personally suspect it will be some time before we hear anything here in that respect. im quite comfortable with that, as one of the things i have been impressed with by melody is that they resisted the temptation to rush just anything out to fill the covid gap,but rather took the time and trouble to build something which offers products of proper quality (no bedrooms and laptops for us) which i think is vital for long term success.i would hope and expect the same approach to be taken with theatre.the intention and gore partnership was clearly announced and will ,i am sure,come to fruition in the fullness of time.the new york studio aspect is intriguing .no guesses from me but again i hope to be very pleasantly surprised one day.all just my opinion of course

to be honest A1EX that is exactly what i was thinking.in a couple of days we will be starting to think what comes after wireless.it will be very important to keep up the momentum and what better way than to bring out one of the very big (machine) guns. pure speculation of course but it would make perfect sense.

agree with that rum fuddle. quite an achievement in the current situation.and means hopefully there won't be hours of fillers etc.they can put on a full programme each day i hope with those numbers.

one point that does not seem to be being considered is that there are (if my quick count is correct) 62 new acts excluding last years now that seems a lot to me, particularly in these lockdown time.would have kept melody quite busy id have thought.must have a lot of fans between them.

yes hobbit.although we only have an overview it doesn't look on first impressions as though its going to compete.some of these collaborations between established names and newcomers can be a bit awkward.also looks as though it's a spasmodic format ,not continuous.some big names though.
