thanks for that mel. not seeking to answer my own question,but it suggests to me that there is growing confidence now that the increasing quantity of good quality content and increasing consumer interest and desire for it, will justify the production of, and concentration on,initially more expensive viewers. they will undoubtedly come down in price over time.

yes she's got serious viewing figures for you tube videos. 885million for boomerang 4 years ago. that is a huge number by anyone's standards.all the others have very good figures as well.

not sure,but if the transfers do not affect voting rights then i think not,as the purpose of the rules is so that it can be determined at any one time who or what has significant voting rights/control of the company in question.
