hello bignose. agree its starting to feel a little concerning. ive been assuming for the last few days,on the basis that we have had no news on the results earlier in june, that they might be planning to confirm fda submission and provide details of the results simultaneously. this could still be the case,but good news tends to get announced promptly and bad news not so promptly. hopefully worrying about nothing but feeling a little uneasy.i suppose they could be intending to announce something to coincide with the new website but no real point to that imo.the news is the news, however and whenever it is anounced.

well keith i expect your excitement will be literally unbounded tomorrow when the new website is unveiled! still in two or three minds about the new name,but it is actually quite clever in a way, as apparently it is derived from the old french verb, endurer,meaning to make hard (or so my dictionary tells me).that's the good news. the bad news is that most of the world's population have a less than passing acquaintance with old french verbs! no news yet on trial.i assume we are right in expecting an update on this at this point.if nothing in next couple of days i will email jamie.

agree with that Djp57.im pleased the results have been absorbed by the market with complete equanimity. of course there were no surprises and nothing revelatory,but nevertheless in a world of common over expectation,it would not have surprised me to see a negative reaction.nothing in the figures as such seems to require any particular comment .as to the commentaries, the launch date does seem to have gone back a bit, which sits a little oddly with the accelerated N&G schedule, but if it means they have more time to iron out any niggles etc,then I'm comfortable with that.the other points for me were the references to a competitive field of multi national suitors,vying to acquire. of course this may just be a puff, but they have put it in black and white so have to accept it as accurate. perhaps my concern that melody overpaid is misplaced. also the reference to being in discussions with several new telcos and expecting to conclude several agreements ahead of launch is encouraging.you would have to assume that there will be a US one in the mix,although just speculation.pleased to see confirmation that lansing davis expected to be appointed to board very soon.will be glad when this happens.also noted reference to N&G retaining the vast majority of their shares.formal confirmation of their holding would be good and is due by now really,if the trigger date was the 16th.we shall see. also looking forward to details of the media campaign and 3rd party marketing deals,whatever that means.

operational update of 14/4/21 confirmed combined revenue for 2020 was $96m and approx $8m for jan 2021.absolutely nothing at all to support the suggestion that figures for napster as was are being deliberately withheld.

interesting to see LO accumulating.it can be quite a rewarding strategy to follow their example.its been a long time since i was invested in see,but thinking of buying in again.

agree with that mel.there is quite a lot of outline detail, if that is not a contradiction in terms. seems clear that we will be getting a series of announcements over the next 3/4 months.i thought the telco reference was very interesting.

agree with thatDjp57.ive only had a chance to skim read the narrative but there are a number of interesting points,some good some not so good.clearly i was wrong about some details of napster as was being included,but i can see the sense in formatting the figures in this way.reference to N&G retaining substantial part of holding was interesting. where is the TR1 ?also have we had a reference to TV before? we may have done and I've just missed it.will be looking in more detail later.

have to say i am not encouraged by the RNS today.i appreciate fum has to be circumspect in its choice of language ,but i find the use of "optimistic"in relation to deal prospects as less than encouraging.i may be reading too much into it of course,but suspect s/p will go down on this.

they were very different times81. no internet, no online platforms.you had to deal through a broker,usually by phone.no AIM,had to use USM(unlisted securities market for our younger brethren).much easier now,but no safer I'm afraid.i have also taken a positive view on ANIC

you could try II.my holding is on their platform,so i know they will deal in principle,but i bought mine through them,so whether they will take on an existing holding i don't know.you may need to check with regent's registrars to make sure your details are up to date etc,if you haven't already done so. no doubt there are other brokers and II are probably not the cheapest.

hello albert.wouldnt disagree with any of that,except i think it is possible we may get a bit more "napster"detail than i originally thought.im no accountant but the fact that napster as was, was categorised as discontinued operations from the 25th august (see my posts on 11/6/21) may mean we get 4 months or so detail,but perhaps with the potentially negative accounting treatment for prepayments. it's not a long period even from 25th august ,so not expecting much,but i think there should be some figures.we shall see. entirely agree that the first half year figures for 2021 are going to be far more revealing and important.

I'm no fan of justin waite but if you haven't already done so,you might find it interesting to listen to his recent podcasts.he is almost excessively optimistic on the prospects.could be wrong of course and pretty much everything is presumably riding on FDA approval, so still risky, but potential does seem considerable.

that's a very fair point dougie.im not really sure how the "bothersome" questionnaire aspect plays in all this (it's emphasised as being necessary to demonstrate its acceptability as a proper measure,but i assume that's the next stage after these results), so if i had to bet i'd bet in favour of good to acceptable results. would like to see it in black and white though.

evening heimdal.interesting figures re VRX,thanks.just shows this really was free money.i still can't understand how they have got the placing away at this price without crashing the s/p but they have and all well and good.new man starts formally next week. personally i do expect another investment in the longevity area ,although how soon is anyone's guess.agree that it doesn't make sense to change the branding if this isn't the intention.i just hope it isn't because they have lost confidence in fortacin or are aware of less than good results from trial.let us hope for good news next week.

i assume its part of the stated strategy of keeping the two brands/functions separate for the time being.i make no comment on whether this is sensible or not as i simply don't know.
