@Kim.Jong.Un - Agreed. The form book here is very clear and that is shareholders will be poorly treated by MM and his cronies.
He has a strategic objective to recover as much of his IPO'd THG and pay as little as possible. Ingenuity - mission complete. Remainco - work in progress.
I will leave THG once and for all (only have 50,000 shares) as soon as we see 65p. And never look back. The mans an utter crook.
@Fredster - Have you considered his II's are onside as they have seen 'The Plan'? That plan or part has been enacted - Ingenuity gone with close to a £100m dowery from THG when up until October this was a billion plus value business and part of a £5 a share IPO.
Those left with THG have in effect been lied to and done so repeatedly by MM and his sycophant BOD.
The rest of the plan? Not sure but something tells me MM is not done and will claw back what remains of THG for buttons.
He has real form and in this area he is good. Building a profitable business - not so much.
My initial reaction to this TU was mixed, the loss of revenue has been the long standing story here and today that remains unchanged and the faith in AI may be misplaced.
That said the business has finally got some direction under AH and I believe the savings are achievable - 2026 CPI will indeed go FCF positive and to a good degree.
Is it worth the wait? 2027 for Dividends on eps of 3p/s might be 1p so return on current sp of circa 5% in a further two years - its all a stretch. Years away when JL implied this would all happen this year or sooner.
The low to high single figure decline in revenue is a miss in my book, the rest is either just about OK or positive - what little there is - TU in my experience are always to brief on detail.
Not sure it will set the share alight - I rarely get this right.
Confident to the extent they have delivered on £140 savings and can find another £110m - why on earth was this not delivered by JL! but another 'jam tomorrow' event with at least a year to go.
As others have said CPI needs to start growing and win some good margin work.

Good find.
I wonder what they invested into it over the years and what they saw out - got to love companies with high value share prices. They issue shares and over pay at every turn.
I am happy whichever way this goes.....16 Dec 2024 19:59
I beleive CPI will prosper and 2025 will see that come about however out of sheer boredom I sold nearly a million shares after the last rally - Late July IIRC.
Currently I have 1.9m shares and if they tank I will repurchase at least 2/3rds of the million sold - - at 15p thats a short cover worth around £35k to me against the sell price - circa 20.5p. Throw in the money made since selling those million shares a bit over £50k I am almost happier if they do go down in the morning.
I expect them however to rise and I will be entirely content if they do.
Aim and the nickel and dimers playing with their chump change should post less its dull and pointless for every one.
