Brokers only ever talk their book. Either where they are or plan to be.
They have to make a margin afterall. Mostly all over paid crooks.
PS.
I hope some of you folk took my advice with WG? If you had then you would on your way to a hefty payday that might defray some of the sorrow here at THG.
On the assumption there is no substative problem with prior accounts I sadly beleive they will be a gonna for a low ball offer.
There will be f'all left in the UK on the current trajectory. God help our grand kids - Britain will have gone from global superpower to a true third world wreck in the space of little more than a 100 years.
@Sinkin - Hardly awful for MM. He has sen this whole debacle as a means of becoming even richer - better able to strut around Greater Manchester as king pin. The idea he was going to let it go for £1.70 when he could not just get it for nothing but have the f'd over shareholders of THg give him a £150m at the same time for doing so.
Incredible really but imv always the plan. It makes total sense. THG holders avove 60p have been utterly shafted.
Tanfield - One time AIM darling...delisted. Ingenuity going the same way.....29 Nov 2024 09:43
Again for those with long memories Tanfield spun out their access business with a valuation on their interest in excess of £300m IIRC. Sadly in private hands their stake is now worth buttons as they were diluted out of existence.
Literally monkeys sitting on the back of a race horse they were powerless to stop the major private shareholder taking the lot. Ingenuity will go the same way.
I think we will see low 30's again but this time no real prospect of a sp recovery for many years.
That is assuming that once Ingenuity is fully prized from the current shareholders Moulding does not run THG into the ground and take it private for ohh lets say 10p. He being a generous type and all.
0.09% increase and needed as they looked like yesterday they were losing control.
I suspect our shorter friends are getting very concerned that they are digging their own graves here. If indeed they were inside the short position would be a lot higher and the share price would have fallen sub 40p.
