They have already dealt and have their shares. They've paid. The share price isn't looking good for them but they are still getting the shares at below the NAV.

Is it possible that the shareprice weakness is more than a little bit down to nervousness that the prospectus will not get approved? That would surely be a major headache to un-pick and time seems to be dragging on and on. So when we get approval the shares bounce?

Yes, they needed the money.....to put into the subnet.....they were not trying to be skilled bitcoin traders, their plan is to invest in bitcoin long term not short term.

Re. clerical mistakes, they are no strangers to those.

I have emailed Cel to both their contact email addresses and also called First Sentinal about the wrong number of shares in issue on the website and it is still wrong.

My theory is they sold a few botcoin because they needed the money, not because they were trying to take a tiny profit.

At the Interims they had 3,407 Solana

x $181.5 = $618k (still a very nice holding)

Couple of big sales just marked late perhaps explain the weakness this morning. Meanwhile I have no idea why we have a market cap below the NAV, dilution or not.

Try to get the correct number of zeros. It isn't 250x its 25x.....and only a minute proportion of punters will have achieved that.

Actually i think you are right....i just tested and they will take my entire 22.5m shares at above the bid price. I don't have any spare cash to test what is on offer in size.

Correction:

At 0.185p the market cap is approx £10.65m

£10m just raised

£500k from the previous raises (2 x £250k)

£500k of other crypto (at last count/as per the Interims..... 3,407 Solana plus some unspecified other crypto)

That makes £11m NAV in total while valuing the subnet at £0

At 0.00185p the market cap is approx £10.65m

So Cel AI have a market cap that is less than its NAV and an mNAV which is less than 1

Summary: I wish I had some spare cash to buy more shares under 0.20p

(Side note: some cash must have been burned from the £11m)

Tiger Royalties (TIR) second subnet, Tiger Beta is finally active. Will be interesting to see how quickly their emissions build up because they already have 256/256 active participants from the get-go.

I'm sure you are right they are trades from approx 1 month ago (why they can report them so late is beyond me). However today's reported trades were for 16m shares at 0.35p and Olivia Edwards bought 15m shares at 0.35p, not quite a match. I am pretty certain (without checking back) that we saw Olivia Edwards' trades mark back then. I suppose this could be the other side of her purchase.
