It's pretty slack the way it has been reported too....

All resolutions set out in the Company's Notice of General Meeting were duly passed.

No worries; all the very small numbers and very big numbers can get confusing....750m pre placing....5 billion have been placed, total 5.75 billion. mNAV is the best number to use as a comparison between peers....CLAI are close to parity whereas others' market caps are at 5 to 10 x their cash/crypto. 5x for CLAI would be closer to 1p per share assuming the placing resolutions have passed and we get the new shares and money.

Apologies.....Coinsilium market cap was twice as high a few days ago.

I think the shares are going to look very attractive compared to peers once CLAI get the Bitcoin holding up closer to 100 total. 91 Bitcoin at today's price is around £8m and that would leave plenty of money to invest in the subnet/keep some cash. Coinsilium have 100 bitcoin and a market cap of £60m, twice as high a few days ago, and no subnet.

I believe the NAV of the CLAI shares is aorund 0.19p once the new money comes in (that is while valuing the subnet at £0). So CLAI are very close to parity of NAV to shareprice. Once the new shares are issued I am going to be free to buy more and will definitely do so if the shares stay at this level or even dips a little (even better), which they might. If I can add in the 0.2s I will be very confident to make a profit on those. I predict (and hope) CLAI will promptly buy a big chunk of Bitcoin with the new money and that should finally get the shares heading north despite some headwinds with churn/dilution etc. GLA....General Meeting is at 2pm.....I will be very pleased to get this week behind me, finally this dismal wait is almost over.

Well that was another stinker of a day for the bitcoin treasury stocks, it isn't just CLAI getting hit.

CLAI shares are super-cheap compared with peers AND we have the subnet; just in the short term there is dilution/churn to get past then it's clear water ahead......IMO.

Meeting is tomorrow.....GLA!

Anyone going to the General Meeting tomorrow? Will be nice to get that/this week done, we are currently in limbo even though lots of positive news has come out.

Meanwhile the subnet looks like it is progressing well and TAO price strong at $440
