Hey Hope, thanks for your reply, I can see you took some time to do some research so I'll reply without "lols"
Let's forget about debt for a moment, let's also say they will deliver the synergies they think they will deliver.
Growth, revenues, higher sales, more customers are still not there.
-888 poker. Poker is by far the less profitable product in the gaming space, it's a liquidity product differently to sport and casino, so not a product you would push. Plus 888 poker is far inferior vs PokerStars and ggpoker
- new licenses in the USA. They don't have the money to spend in the USA, betmgm lost Ca 1.5 BN so far and even if they had the money they are late to the game with fanduel betmgm drafk and others already far ahead everyone else
-mobile expansion around the world. Correct in theory but wrong in practice as they are over exposed to the UK and if you knew gaming you would know there isnt a single market where you can expand organically. UK is a mature market won't grow enough
Sorry but even with no debt this company is done for me, this is the result of poor strategic choices.
Share price reflects the reality, debt holders will take control of the company extract as much cash as they can and sell it for cheap. I could be wrong of course
