1 the new tax will push competition out - evoke now needs to enter survival mode for the next 24 months

2 evoke needs to change management get a proper cost cutting exercise done (which doesn't mean closing shops)

3 there is no m&a in sight for them for the next 12/18 months. No one will want to take the risk

4 they need to renegotiate the debt to free cash

5 they need to ditch their platform and get someone else to provide (cheaper no risk)
