You have 2 major shareholders who potentially want the asset for as cheap as they can get it.

The sp can easily fall from here and is more likely to fall than recover until some type of funding is secured.

In normal circumstances I would totally agree with you, but celticheart07 is not normal.
Any normal individual who had first bought at 13p and saw their holding completely wiped out, virtually, had averaged down multiple times had posted 45k messages ramping the price still thinking they have a chance is plainly deluded,
Even now he will only accept that it will be a hard road back, no **** Sherlock.
He has fallen out with multiple holders because of his blinkered view and these people have the same goal and emotional attachment. It takes something pretty special to achieve that...our celticheart07 is certainly special.
He boasts about everything he does and how he has to use social media, this is a financial BB not Facebook or twitter, if that’s the case use social media and best of all he wont skulk in the shadows and hide rather than risk being recognised walking around town, what a prize ego.

If the info not in the public domain was so great and valuable those in the know would have spoken to colleagues/friends and the price would not be dropping like a lead balloon.
The simple facts are the market is awful, they are running out of cash and potentially need to raise a huge amount of cash.
All in all not a nice ****tail of circumstances.
This could as easily go belly up and the vultures devour the carcass or they might scrape through however one thing is certain Mather got greedy and PI’s are paying the price.

My own personal opinion is that a deal of sorts is already agreed. Speaking to other investors over the last few weeks, many believe that a deal with BHP is almost inevitable and probably dependent on the PFS ….. I would also suspect they’ll probably want the lot …… I accept this is all pure conjecture the same as going to production but it would certainly explain the lack of updates , the lack of CEO and the big smirk on Irwin’s face .
However the way my footie predictions have been going recently they’ll almost inevitably announce the new CEO within minutes of this post

If you were successful you wouldn’t be wasting your time on here and ADVFN trying to earn a bob or two, whilst in your seventies.
Nothing wrong with trying to earn extra cash but successful investors a) leave it to professionals and b) don’t need to boast about how great they are.

You’ve hit the nail on the head, the board are in an extremely difficult situation and they will probably be gone at the AGM.
Despite all the allusion of the board having plenty up their sleeve to produce a rosy scenario for the constant rampers, on here, history actually provides the insight that Mather and al will all be kicked off the board and that leaves one company calling the shots……..
