I suspect they are a liability now as it would cost more than than they are worth to get them back to working order.

What company wastes money issuing an RNS to tell the market they have a directions hearing today……
They need to hope they get something from these applications because they have huge tax liabilities to pay and it looks like the only way they can pay is by winning this case…….

I see they could not get a accountancy firm to sign them off, no surprise there! Un-audited accounts, it should not be allowed for listed companies.
Also, how can they get there tax liabilities so wrong in multiple years …….

The only way it could have been worse was if it was de-listed because the accountants would not sign off the accounts.
Tax Liabilities increase for which they have no way of paying them unless they win the court case.
