Just bought my the last of my trading shares at £9.03, hoping for a good start in NY but we shall

see.

Managed to get around 1/3 more shares and just over £1000 cash for the ones I sold when fund raising announced, good move or not, only time will tell but seems too cheap to me at these prices.

I am in the position you describe, small position so small loss but obviously big % loss, more useful to take the capital loss at my time of choosing but would not want it this tax year.

Although I agree with the sentiments of Sarah1234 can't see the point in keep saying the same thing to people who have suffered huge % losses and some significant ones, just rubbing salt in the wounds. I guess there is a small chance may survive but at best a very small one.

I only asked Andy144 to post his trades because he posted

He mentioned me by name and seem to miss the fact I have been trading DEC in the past. I tend to believe if you criticise someone more or less saying they are handling this wrong you should back it up and the only way to do that is posting your trades as you make them not with hindsight. It does not mean you have actually made the trades but are prepared to at least put down in writing what you believe and people can see if you get it wrong.

However I do tend to believe the people who have been posting their trades have also been posting for a time and are really making them.

Then short CPI, do something! except posting that it is going to get worse on a share you do not own, do not want to own and too frightened to short.

This proves nothing, as I said post when you make the purchase anyone can say they bought at x price days ago once the SP has gone up.

The graph looks good, tried to get it earlier today but spread was large and was not able to get a quote for more than a few shares so though I wait to it settled down but missed the cheaper price also got caught a bit off guard as wall street opening at 1:30 GMT not 2:30 as I expected and was waiting to see what wall street would do. As it seemed to going in one direction up for a time decided to take the risk. Bought the shares back I traded out at £13 so have some cash to add more if it goes down. Don't expect fast rise but hopefully slow and stead up for a time.

Just bought around £9.10 some as part of my trading plot, graph trending up for now.

Have been trading this for a time and made good money but not made enough to anywhere cover my losses as was wary of committing too much just in case I got blindsided by another deal, was getting close to break even before last deal. You would have know this if you have read my posts. Also not even reading Rrb and GG posts now and certainly not replying to them so not arguing with them, again you would know this if you read my posts.

The challenge for you is to post your trades as you make them and then we can see if you are really that clever or just want to tell everyone else what to do.

After criticism I have done this in the past to prove a point and I sold some as soon as the fund raise was announced at just over £13, have not bought any back yet but planning to at some point, again if you read my posts you would know this.

Apricate you balanced view, hopefully we will get some good results and start to see some recovery.

I do get concerned especially when SP dropping and after a fund raise when there is radio silence, the market is bound to take a pessimistic view. After all us shareholders own the company and paying the wages of the BOD which a lot of companies seems to forget.

Looks like are 2 derampers are going at full pace, don't bother even to read the cr*p not sure anyone else does either, lifes too short, they are just talking to themselves and howling at the moon.

Calling the bottom on this share is not going to be easy unless we get some good news. On one hand it looks far too cheap, on the other is the lack of confidence on how this company is being run and the large share overhang cause by the poor running of the company. I would guess shares left with the underwriters will be the first to be sold then ones left as part of the deals. Usually there is an RNS after a fund raise stating now many shares taken up, in this case radio silence which makes me think a lot of shares stuck with underwriters and usual policy keep the shareholders in the dark, do not reply to shareholder questions etc.

The UK market seems to want to raise the SP but is being brought down when US opens which is of course where the share overhang is. One of the many things Rusty has done is to turn the US market off these shares like he did the UK market, the fresh start is very much over, everyone one on both markets burned.

This share like so many other high yielding UK based companies is at the mercy of government policy and markets. On the down side inflation too high, confidence too low, gilt yields too high, on plus side interest rates should reduce even if inflation high as UK economy stagnates and this may be to only lever left to get some growth. The one issue which I think is causing the most problems in the medium term is the high level of pay increases, unless this drops then inflation will carry on and limit interest rate reductions. What ever happens this is going to be a long game.

There is nothing that would make me happier than to see good results and FCF, at present I am ****ed off (that's obvious) about what was said at the time of the fund raise and then radio silence as the SP plummets either they are carrying on as before just eating cash for no tangible results or they can't be bothered to give the shareholders an occasional update to help stem the drop of the SP.

If I was to take a guess I would say the results are going to to be the same old, same old otherwise the SP would not keep falling, however I really hope this is wrong and we get a very pleasant surprise that after 5 years of waiting.

I will be even more ****ed off if these results are poor i.e. no FCF or FCF predation in near future as I believed the BOD and added a substantial amount at the fund raise. I buy shares to make money not join a company fan club.

I am going on what was being said at the time of the fund raise when they wanted shareholders money, since then radio silence on this issues as the SP continues to fall. I really hope the trading update shows some profits not another jam tomorrow we think we are doing very statement.

Lets hope but some people have been waiting more than 5 years, I have been waiting over 4 years, is that long enough?

Then the BOD should have made this clear reach time when asking shareholders for more cash, as a result the market is punishing us. The frustrating part is the total lack of information from the BOD on when this company will make some money not just consume it.

There should be no acquisitions without proper due diligence and this includes when these will make a profit and how much, we need something to judge the BOD on.

Apart from the fact the SP keeps plummeting and all shareholders are losing a lot of money and still have not made a penny.

Very simple, until this company make profits the SP will continue to fall, what SP is acceptable, now worth less than 7% of IPO price, looks like a lifestyle choice, smells like a like a lifestyle choice, walks like a lifestyle choice until firm evidence to the contra that how the market sees it.

Lets hope and really should be with current gas prices, if they are not this will not bode well for DEC given gas prices. However I suspect they will be a tangled web with all emphasis on the good news and gloss over the bad.

Looks like a jam tomorrow project, the thing that concerns me is how much are DEC going to be laying out before any cash comes in, is this going to put more pressure on the already enormous debt pile, another possible expensive change in direction without a vote (no change there then). Would like to see some figures, projections, timescales etc not just we got another cunning plan, are there any similar projects making money, if not why not. DEC need to generate cash now to get the debt down not spend more and show the market this company can make money rather than spend it, better to sell off some assets to help reduce debt. Also these ESG projects are going to have to stand up on their own 2 feet, not likely to get grants etc now, so far markets unimpressed.

So far we have DEC moving more into Oil as Oil price falls and Gas price rises and starting ESG projects with no figures projections while all ESG grants etc being removed all the while piling on debt, diluting shares.

Seemed to remember promises from the BOD on this some time ago, perhaps just before the Tailwind deal and turning down £2.80p a share cash + Kistos shares takeover without shareholder vote. Any one think BOD will honour this?
