One thing is certain is that Rusty has managed to trash the SP and turn DEC financials into a Gordian Knot, information given out in Financial reports is misleading at best e.g. reduced existing ABS loan note debt when taking on far more debt.

I don’t believe that Chapter 11 is realistic and as the long term IIs invested in DEC can see the accounts more clearly than the PIs and would have left long ago if serious issues. IMO the current crisis is caused by the total mismanagement of the company especially the last deal. These leave a huge amount of shares in the hands of companies who are not long term investors and no doubt want to get rid of them ASAP and total lack of confidence Rusty will do the right thing for shareholders or even get a finance deal together without make a complete Pig’s Ear of it, the only thing Rusty is good at is lying, terrible combination.

Logically holding until this crises blows over seems the correct action but the elephant in the room is Rusty, if/when DEC SP stabilises is this just the green light for another one of Rusty's cunning plans. Logic would also tell you to try to sell some of the assets which do not have best fit with DEC but for Rusty this is a bit like asking a boy to give up some of his cherished train set. The problem is Rusty is an addict for deals and logic does not apply to addicts.

This leave us shareholders in an unenviable position, sell and take the hit or hope for this to stabilise. The only hope is Rusty has exhausted all new finance however stupid (like fund raise fire sale) which prevent him from making more deals for a time, perhaps long enough for some of us the get out.

As far as Oakbloke he has become a joke, also reporting on another share I own SQZ and thinks that is a great buy while the SP continues to plummet. At best described as a harmless geek with absolutely no understand of the markets.

No surprise here, the only thing that surprises me is the is SQZ total reluctance to accept the world as it is and move all new investments out of the UK instead of doubling down.

The only hope is in 4 1/2 years a reform government will put an end to this madness but too much damage will have been done by then.

The 2 derampers with nothing better to do in their lives have crawled out of the woodwork again, nether intend to buy or sell DEC shares just here for schadenfreude, still no AROs to bring up now, both will disappear when the SP rises.

I guess you could email IR but good luck with that, DEC will either ignore shareholders or lie to them, dividends safe, don't know why SP dropping just before dividends cut announced, BBs etc.

These shares are another known unknown and perhaps another reason SP tanking, too many negative factors playing on the SP.

We need some clear statements from DEC including a promise of a period of stability to calm the markets, the underwriters and others wanting/needing to get out of the shares should have some assurance that nothing from DEC is likely to happen to trash the SP again in the near future otherwise they will dump out the shares ASAP at any price they can get instead of drip feeding them as SP rises.

I emailed IR this morning asking why they had not replied to my email I sent 2 weeks ago, expecting a useless reply at some point as last time it took 2 emails to get them to say anything. DEC shows complete contempt for the PI shareholders.

Can't agree more about Savage, he revels in schadenfreude, the only thing he has in life, even takes time off work to pursue this hobby, how sad.

PNN went down just below £4.00 (which hew said it would happen in a few days weeks ago) and he is straight on the PNN board crowing about it. He said it is caused by what was a very successful RI (all over a month ago), does not look at other water companies or the reason for the drop which is more about the Labour Governments total mismanagement.

He is a sad individual that spends all his time telling other people what they should do based on his opinions, if his predations are right he endlessly gloats, if wrong he goes to ground or comes up with more dire predictions for some time in the future. The one thing that is certain he will not back these dire predictions by shorting just all talk.

Why are you spending vast amounts of your time analysing a company when you do not own shares, do not want to buy shares, do not want to short, do not work for them or have any other connections and don't get paid to do it. It makes no sense, this is obsessive behaviour therefore it makes no sense for anyone to take any notice of what you say. My advice spend you time either doing extra work, having fun or researching other investment opportunities, if they are good invest, if not walk away don't get emotionally attached to your own opinions you can't stop telling these to everyone. Get a life.

So what Tennyson are saying is that Trumps tariffs which pushed HH up 6% cause DEC to plunge 14% below the already very low fire sale placing price (no mention of overall SP drop in last few weeks caused by this debacle). And this is good news is they think DEC is attractive buying opportunity. This lot along with the BOD are a bunch of comedians and the joke is on the shareholders.

Trade war is doing what was expected, more industry is relocating to USA, Yesterday largest chip makes in the world has pledged to invest over $100bn in US chip making factories to avoid import tariffs, expect car manufactures to return next. Making a lot of sense for USA as a lot of growth will come as more industries relocate to the US, but not helping rest of the world.

Well Oil is Gas up over 9% today, looks like Trusty Rusty got great timing to crash the SP, finalises a deal with lots of Oil just as Oil price tanks.

Not really market now knows that Rusty will buy as many wells as possible at any cost to DEC so are staying away.

Like me will buy in some more for trading at some point but trying to call the bottom on this is not easy, too many shares waiting to be sold and too many people burnt by Rusty's shenanigans.

Savage is also obsessed with other shares he does not own, who knows how many, he is on the PNN board telling people about the RI which he was not part off as he owns no shares and that they do not understand how RIs work. Also saying PNN SP will drop below £2.64 (RI price) when SP in £4-£5 range along with prediction SP would be below £4 in a few days weeks ago, of course got that wrong.

He is a great armchair expert giving he guidance to everyone else while doing nothing himself, from what we can see still lives at home with his parents.

Why keep obsessing on this share and wasting time, there are plenty of other investments out there why not get a life and move on.

I am holding long term but no one goes hungry by taking profits, we all have our own view and can't see the point of criticising you for taking a profit, may be a good or bad move only time will tell but one thing is certain taking a profit is always good.

Good set of results, onwards and upwards what's not to like.

It has to be said there are a lot if not all virtually CPI shareholders that have been duped by JL's lies, it is part of the risks of investing that we get duped by a dodgy CEO and there is no protection from that, FCA useless. The good news JL will not be able to do that to any more investors and we a have a fighting chance with AH. Good luck for tomorrow.

It looked like a good move to me at the time but I stayed away as I lost confidence in DEC SP, sooner or latter I am sure this will turn to profit and when it does probably worth getting out with some profit before Rusty's next move. Remember the underwriters which are professional paid a lot more.

Apart from massive high priced long term fixed price debt, share dilution, dividend cut and all trust in Rusty in the gutter, otherwise markets love it.
