Remember when seat belts were made legal 1st. For years only half belted up. Now that annoying beep keeps ringing in your ears I bet it’s near on 100% compliance.

I rant about lack of PR & Marketing a lot. But one of the 20 things that keeps me sane as a SEE holder who has gambled his life on this company is the comparisons I hear with ARM. Although their tech is in 95% of smartphones you never hear of them in association but sell 21 billion + chips per year.

We are not exhibiting but have tech in a few other exhibitors. Iam hoping that the reason we not showing our wares as an independent is that we have a lot of manufacturers sewn up already. Once everyone of the majors sewn up who else is there to sell to?

This patent malarkey still constantly does my head in.
With all these similar patents, who takes precedence? Who owns the original patents and when we’re they filed. Which ones are granted and which ones would stand up in court if challenged? Has SEE had any challenges to its patents? How many does it own?
Are they owned by the company or individuals? If individuals I presume the company would need to licence off the owner even in SEEs case that it might be owners, founders, shareholders etc.
Who in your opinion has the strongest patents relating to dms & eye tracking? If see has it surely licensing would be under discussion for months or years already? If not see are they in the client position by licensing or royalties to the patent owners?
Has any patent infringements cases taken place already? If so between who?

How can new patents be filed if they violate current patents? Or is it just filing for filing sake?

If SEE is licensing behind the scenes like an ARM set up.

ARM doesn't actually manufacture computer processors itself, but rather licenses its semiconductor technologies to others.

In some cases, manufacturers only license ARM's architecture, or "instruction sets", which determine how processors handle commands. This option gives chip-makers greater freedom to customise their own designs.
