Curiously Troublesome that's almost exactly what Google says when I search "what causes overthinking" so yours is yet another example of people without genuine expertise pretending otherwise.

However, that's not to say it's not right. The main cause of issues here is insecure posters trying to get ahead of the story to reassure themselves, getting caught out by their own predictions and then trying to cover themselves by blaming everyone else for them. That's how we end up in the ridiculous situation where people are disappointment that Nanoco settled early for $150 million, which was more money than they ever had before even after costs, and how some got taken down the Apple Vision Pro blind alley.

Many times posters have tried to work out in advance where Nanoco's products will appear but they've never been correct. I've been guilty of this myself. The reason is that the market is far to complex to analyse from the tiny fragments of visible information so we can only ever see a partial picture, which is often worse than nothing. To get any further you'd need contacts and deep research. That's why Yole charge so much for their reports.

I applaud the effort but it's overthinking stuff that ultimately leads to disappointment so I've come to the conclusion that it's preferable to listen to the company and Edison or to pay Yole if you have a holding large enough to justify the expense.

You could try reading the patents. I'm not up to date on them but I read about half of them before I first invested in 2017. They listed some interesting applications but only a few will be viable.

It's just an example of how you cherry pick information to suit whatever your purpose is. Everyone can read the rest and draw their own conclusions and even as it stands alone and out of context it's no different from what you and the other ramping muppetheads believed at the time.

It will be obvious to anyone that you're merely trying to intimidate me because you don't appreciate that I shine light on all the myths and rumours you prefer to technical knowledge. I agree. It's always better not to be swamped by litigation. I was pleased when it ended.

It must have been a strong case to have attracted litigation funding although we should bear in mind that the funders covered their risk by requiring a much larger sum in fees (I estimate three to fives times) than would have normally been due in a self-funded case. What no-one could foresee was a sudden change in case law shortly before trial. Something definitely changed after that and attempts to explain it by some posters were brushed aside as de-ramping by others.

The board went out of their way not to overhype expectations by refusing to give a running commentary but a few posters here only listened to the words that confirmed their biases.

In any event everyone should be aware that no legal case is certain until it's over.

There really is no excuse if you took a risk as adults and it didn't come out your way.

Forgive me for being plain but I would like to point out that if anyone thinks the world needs to hear from them 14397 times on Nanoco then they should also be the person who's across the issues and who's done their own reading.

It's an extract from the judgement following the recent hearing for summary judgement. In layman's terms it means that LOAM successfully had two of Hamoodi's four claims summarily struck out and that the other two can move forwards to the next stage of the proceedings, during which Hamoodi will have to provide witnesses. Which witnesses he has so far refused to name.

I would suggest that before anyone follows anything Feeks says that they look at his posts on NANO around two years ago up until the key period during January 2023 and the check how far out he was in his assertions of the quantum of legal damages they would win in a big case against Samsung.

I believe having got that wrong he then invested in another company that promptly went out of business completely.

Thankfully I knew better than to pay him any attention but others didn't and came to regret it.

This is exactly why you are such losers. As soon as anyone turns up who disagrees with you gang up on them and use every means to bully them off. That's how come you ended up in a bubble of make believe and didn't benefit from sharing group knowledge and wisdom. It wasn't that you were lied to or misled by Tenner at all. It was that you will do anything to control the narrative.

Anyone can pick one paragraph of one post taken out of context from a year before the settlement and ignore the rest. It just goes to show how desperate they must be to maintain their credibility in the face of >90% votes for the board since.
