or as things are now moving you are not keen to provide the updates ?

With the ( in vogue) projects we currently have on the books - Hazen, CS & Pioche it is not beyond reason that one of the big boys just takes us over ........

US: CRH has announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Eco Material Technologies, a leading supplier of supplementary cementitious materials (SCM) in North America, for a total consideration of US$2.1bn. The business will subsequently operate as Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company. CRH says that the deal positions it to meet growing demand for cementitious products for the modernisation of North America’s infrastructure and that it secures a long-term supply of critical materials in the region.

Eco Material is headquartered in Utah and operates a national network of fresh and harvested fly ash, pozzolans, synthetic gypsum and ‘green cement’ operations across a network of over 125 stockpiles, production facilities and terminals.

3 months - the clock is ticking on Hazen finally.

PC needs to get some positive news out this week

TNZ will no doubt be back selling shares now and the SP may be looking a bit shaky without it .........

Don't underestimate Nevada Cements involvement with Hazen - they are owned by Eagle Materials - a big player with lots of money - if the test work comes good they will snap this up - wouldn't be surprised if they aren't keen on CS as well ......

BOTS - I hear you but I disagree

- things are about to get very interesting here in the next few months imo - everything I read about the US cement market appears to show a big shift in cement production (companies using SCM's, Pozz etc) which is gathering pace - fly ash is (has) running out now so the big companies have started throwing big amounts of cash to secure these SCM's ...

As stated before I don't rate PC but in my opinion he is about to get very lucky ....

Using more SCMs ( i.e pozzolan) reduces clinker usage in cement and it can reduce the cost. At the same time reducing the amount of clinker used decreases the amount of CO2 emissions.

A report by Mckinsey on SCMs in the autumn of 2024 reckoned that growth in the cement market in North America was expected to be ‘robust’ in the next 15 years to 2050. However, the sector faces material, particularly clinker, and labour shortages.

Enter SCMs! It went on to assert that much of the available stocks of GGBS and fly ash in the country are effectively used. Yet, traditional industrial SCMs such as GGBS, fly ash and limestone are anticipated to be available for longer than in Europe as industries such as steel manufacture and electricity generation will take longer to decarbonise. Hence companies such as Ecocem are preparing to import them, ones like CRH are cornering existing stocks and others such as Fortera and Queens Carbon are working on creating their own ‘virgin’ sources. At the same time the American Cement Association has been promoting the use of Portland Limestone Cement in the country.

All this helps to explain the interest in SCMs in the US right now. It’s a busy moment.

Didn't ask what you stand for or seeking to achieve - asked what you have achieved in 12 months ?

Rather than answer you decide to deflect and question me - I'm not the one asking for share holder support .........

So will you be transparent and answer how many holders you have in tow and what you have achieved in 12 months ?

If not then it seems your posts are somewhat hypocritical , state the obvious and get blown away with the wind .......

Many US cement companies and component suppliers ( SCM's) are ramping up production of CO2 friendly cement now - we are right place right time.

Be great if we can get Hazen and Pioche projects over the line by the end of the year - transform the company and SP !
