The SP being so low is a mystery to me also - however I have filled my boots at these low levels and can't wait for the re rate :) , absolute bargain at the moment imo.
I suspect this will not get noticed until some form of deal is done on the CS project but surely this can't be too far away now ....
A give away, what are you talking about - the royalty is where the value is :
.f the Option is exercised, then, on the closing of the sale, SRM will retain a 3% net1 revenue royalty on all minerals and mineral materials produced and sold from the Pioche Project claims and any claims acquired by either party in a 2-mile radius of the external boundary of the Pioche Project claims (the "Mineral Products Royalty").
" Twenty percent of the above payments and any royalty payments will be payable as a success fee to an unrelated third party, a sepiolite industry specialist, who has brokered the agreement with Tolsa." - blimey a £200k fee plus ongoing ££'s - I want to get into this line of work !
PC destroyed the SP (rerate) twice in 2020, once with a placing when it was flying Aug 2020 as the SP hit 0.4 and then again in Nov with an ill timed RNS when it hit 0.35 - took all the momentum and interest from this and we have not recovered since - very poor show at the moment .....
Afternoon
- not wanting to bring doom and gloom ( and fuel to sheldrakes fire - I only see green triangles when he posts) but the way in which the SP has been behaving this last c. 8 days I suspect that a placing has already been done .....
Frustrating at the moment but I am in no doubt that this will come good ...... but when ?
Right Product ( green credentials) at the right time in the right jurisdiction that is fully permitted to mine - all PC needs to do is see it over the line ...... Can he make that transformational deal ?
Tick Tock ..
@ Justone - not sure we are still talking to the original CRMC -
"During the period, therefore, we have continued negotiations with potential industry partners and with one cement and ready-mix company ("CRMC") in particular following a successful joint bulk sampling, test milling and concrete pouring programme in 2021.
However, further negotiations with this CRMC were recently terminated having become protracted without reaching a satisfactory conclusion in significant part due to organisational changes within the CRMC.
Since then, we have been able to build on the successful 2021 commercial trials and we are advancing discussions with a number of other existing and new interested parties"
Such a shame that this board has been hijacked by two self centered, selfish, ego driven sad freaks - namely Aviator aka clair & Sheldrake.
You two are pathetic - I'm pretty sure the others in the bedsit you share are equally as disappointed with your antics - grow a pair and both move on .....
Good post Mr Moagi
- indeed for the relatively small costs involved you think a major player would snap up the CS project.
Could the fact be that there is still years and years of fly ash still available and at this moment in time a change isn't necessary for the major players despite the green pressures coming down the line ?
A bit short sighted on the CRMC's part but could they be testing / waiting on other replacement products / minerals that are easier to manufacture at less cost ? - think SGD highlighted one of these a few months back .....
PC states:
Whilst pleased with the recent progress made in advancing the project, Management continues to develop both its scope and range, by identifying and reaching out to other potentially interested parties.
What this means: Even though we have talked with multiple parties and shown them the project site no one is interested so we are finding other people to talk to .
This is not a good RNS at all :
- just more stalling as no deals are imminent and PC is running out of money.
- have to laugh that it is only now that he mentions multiple interested parties to generate competitive interest - Management believes a broad reach of discussions helps mitigate project risk and creates
competitive interest - what a joke this should have been done 18montsh ago !!!!!
Fact is that at this moment in time no one wants our product as there is still at least 3 years worth of fly ash floating around ....
