So to summerise at the end of Q1:
One major internationally recognised CRMC (presumably with substantial cash reserves) doesn't want our site / product despite over 18moths of talking and testing - well that's a worry !
PC is trying to instill some sort of confidence with a token share buy, but in reality this signifies that further negotiations on the CS project with other parties ( if any) are not happening or are at day 1. - worrying !
An interview to try and tell all those who will listen that Sunrise is not a one trick pony and there are other projects and reasons to be happy despite PC banging on over the last 2 years that the CS project was the major focus and apparently still is - worrying !
Shambolic and as every day goes by more cash being burnt - if a rabbit isn't pulled out the hat in the coming weeks this will crash and burn ....... - worrying !
I am an eternal optimist and that is the best summary I can come up with ! ..... worrying Lol !
Thanks for sharing Iceman -
So another round of sporadic tweets - probably be two this month - who is this media campaign (lol) aimed at and what is PC trying to achieve with this pathetic approach - is it the office jnr that spends two minutes churning these out twice a month ?.
Is the CS project now on the back burner for the next 12 months ??
OMG I might be turning into Safe !!
Have to agree with you there Safe - the CS project is now a huge disappointment.
No advanced negotiations anywhere ..
No PR to get the message out about what we have to sell.
No new interest
No leadership
What happened to the 2 x plus MOU's - was this just another lie ?
Seems PC put all his eggs in this one CRMC basket and got strung along and finally shafted by the CRMC - poor strategy and a useless one from a negotiating stand point - cluster f**k springs to mind.
The worry now is how will the company will be financed in the short term ........ :(
So much potential here but Safe you could well be right, I'm not sure PC is up to the job .....
Agree with you there Safe :
- PC needs to get some momentum going here - not just an update on CS but the other projects too.
- Get the PR machine going man to bring in some new blood and get the SP moving - a few tweets here and there is not going to cut it !.
zzzzzzzzz ..
Morning
- I do think the deal will be done (hopefully Q1 and not later) but my fear is that the SP will be starting from such a low point that any really good news will not significantly rerate it ...
PC really needs to get the PR machine up and running asap to get some pre news lift off ....
So assuming PC can get this JV over the line in the next few weeks does anyone have any idea of what it might look like and can we really see some shareholder value created ......?
Will the CRMC offer share holders a lump sum as part of the deal ?
Will it be a lump sum for start up costs and use of their plant ?
Anyone with more IQ than me on these things I would appreciate their comment .......
Morning,
Very nice update yesterday but before we all get carried away and to add to the puzzle a couple of statements caught my eye and got me sweating a tad:
1. The CRMC's manager of mining completed a due diligence field visit to the CS Project and discussions are at an advanced stage for a joint development of the CS Project, although there is no guarantee that a suitable commercial arrangement will result.
2. A second major building materials producer has also been testing our materials during this year although discussions are at an earlier stage.
I really do hope PC can get this JV over the line in favorable terms for us all ....... Tick Tock
All together now ...
"Jingle Bells Sunrise smells PC's flown away
Oh what fun it is to ride the SP down all the way
Oh Jingle Bells Sunrise smells no more news again today
Oh what fun it is to be a Sunrise holder all the way " - NOT
Zzzzzzz
