If we said to ourselves in early June the year before last,what could we do that would really screw the UK people....,I know,lets have a refreendum about leaving the UK and watch the chaos and damage that will follow a leave result and watch the politicians in a pantomime calling each other names.

Yes,London HPI does need to cool off for a while,but the rest of the country is not immune from pricing pressure as will be seen in 2019.
