Cov….as you well know,many people did not fully understand the full implications of the questions asked in the referendum and still don't.Poles indicate that once the final terms are known,there could well be a different result if there is a second vote.So far it looks like the referendum winners will be losers if we leave,is that what you really want?.

PS..we need to reach a situation that has a good outcome for leavers,remainers and those who did not vote,not just what the leavers want.

my point is that the majority of those who are able to vote,did not vote to leave,so what about the interests of the 30m people who either voted remain or did not vote?.

Brexit...most MPs want the country to remain....the EU want us to remain....so plan B on Monday will not offer enough to overturn the massive commons opposition to the current leave position.So it has to be leave with no deal or a 2nd referendum doesn't it?.

Dako...We have all been waiting for news of a long term strategic BTR partnership for quite a while now so perhaps when it actually arrives,the SP will not respond in a major way.Homebuilder SPs are anticipating tougher sales markets than we have been used to in recent years,brought about by not only Brexit but as the inevitable outcome of years if over frothy HPI.We have all seen this before and often it takes a number of years to reach the point when HPI moves forward again.Affordabilty is stretched right now and the pressure of that must be allowed to subside gradually.The important consideration is what can the company do in the meantime to at least maintain EPS at the current level?.

So therefore,once the consequences of voting for a change where nobody could forsee the final outcome are known,the people should be asked if they still want to leave on the basis of the final terms shouldn't they?.Thats proper democracy.

Steph...It is very difficult for some to understand why Brexit should happen,the disadvantages appearing to far outweigh any gains.Any curtailment of business activity in London and the lack of further investment will not make it a better place will it.Perhaps it would be helpful if the leavers amongst the posters here could explain to the rest of us how leaving mightr be a benefit.Although we are an island,we cant isolate ourselves from the rest of Europe and still prosper can we?
