Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Not sure if this has been shared before or about the source.
The below website is showing a letter written on behalf of Frontera, to outline their complaint to the Ukraine authorities.
Interestingly, and if genuine, it comments that we now have CERTIFIED reserves of 30tcf of gas and 19 million barrels of oil.
If true, surely it's now about how they intend to realise the asset value and by when.

It seems the only true winner, if the strategy is questionable is the Georgian Government. Who stand to reclaim a significant asset.
What would be the motive of Frontera in this, and allowing the company to go to the wall. The conspiracy theorist would have a field day.

Just look at the Frontera flag on the far left next to the country flags...
I'm not saying these aren't nervous times but Zaza in October looked so relaxed in his presentation. They clearly were getting cooperation from YA during their investigation, perhaps they have discovered some dirt on HOPE to ease him into a deal and get him to say goodbye Clinging onto hope here and wishing it all turns out alright. Deal with BP would be nice. JV, 60m each into the pot, pay off HOPE and Baker Hughes develop the field. Pushing it but maybe Zaza has
When did we learn that FIC had the licences? This has come as a surprise, as originally the licences were held by FRR Cooperation or at least that was the impression.
Maybe one for tomorrow, but I'd be interested to know when Frontera International was incorporated? And more importantly when we were notified the Frontera Eastern Georgia assets were moved under this company.
The suspension has served to protect Investors and the SP, in what would in all likelihood have been a big move downward. Maybe its only delaying the outcome, but I dont feel it's game over yet. There will be options and support available, but at what cost. Just maybe Hope is struggling to raise an adequate defense, or maybe FRR have the funding available to pay him off should he win. Who knows, but there is still lots of news outstanding here. One things for sure, we are now locked in our positions. Including those holding short positions, who equally have a lot at stake here and I wouldn't be so confident to call any of this.
Merry Christmas to everyone too....
Side of life. It would be great to have a day of OPTIMISM here after the last 48 hours. Let's not forget... A world class asset Confirmed oil AND gas in the ground Field development plan up and running Fantastic infrustructure running through the block Great US political support Bakers Hughes MOU BP Second major in play (put FRR tweet of Sir Alan Duncan in a new light) Flow rates still to come - 1000 bopd target? Zaza - Georgia operations are now profitable Directors fully aligned to shareholders, so arguably far more at risk than most There's nothings certain in life except death and taxes so they say. But for me having read the papers yesterday, the balance of risk is still very much worth the reward here. Particularly when the reward could very well be life changing. Staying positive here. Lets have some positive posts today.
Zib It seems to me that because Hope is trying to line his own pockets, he has been distanced from the detail of operations and revenue being generated. On the 5th Sept. he is questioning how Frontera are keeping the lights on. It would seem to me that they are keeping him at arms length. Frontera could now be flowing anything from 250 to maybe a 1000 bopd... but clearly they are not letting Hope in on the information either. But frontera are getting monies from somewhere!
Some good research today with the publication of emails. I have very little doubt that Frontera relationship with BP is well established. I found it interesting that Hope confirms that Frontera have what appears to him a surprising source of funds that has kept the lights on. We know Frontera is operationally profitable, but is this purely from oil sales (flow rates still to come) or have BP or BH being advancing cash.
I've been away from this board for a little while, but has it been considered if the selling could be the vendor headroom shares? Just a thought.
Let's hope the momentum continues as we all hold onto these golden tickets, and the market continues to generate more and more interest here. It's worth remembering that the directors all paid 1p for there share conversion, at 4x SP... which is a mega vote of confidence in anyone's book. It would be great to reach 0.75 this week. Good luck all.
Can Chevron or SOCAR be ruled out?
Surely the headline today is that a $31b major who has spent time studying the oil and gas in block 12 in the data room, want a piece of the action as the 'FIELD DEVELOPMENT' unfolds in the coming weeks and months.
That is a massive vote of confidence, and surely provides both shareholders and the market with renewed enthusiasm.
I've always considered my holding here previously as a binary bet, but tonight I'll sleep a little easier...lol.
Hopefully good things come to those who wait.
