Yep, understand that Half, I'm prepared for a long slow haul.
I was hoping for Divis this year or early next year but that's been ruled out now.
SP is all that matters at the moment and we all know what it will take to get moving back to our own individual Break Evens.
GLA
Half of 2.
I wish it was that simple.
Just as I think this must be the bottom, the SP nosedives, and positive RNS never seem to have a proportional impact.
But surely this is the bottom, productivity will improve, Met coal price will increase due to increase in steel demand (somewhere in world) profits will become a possibility, loans will be repaid and a dividend will be announced.
Please let it be so!!!!.
Pens,
I understand from an earlier poster at the time of the first loan from AVANI that the $2 payment per tonne is a payment which reduces the capital amount we owe. so the debt is reducing on each delivery.
My take is... we are all expecting an increase in met coal pricing at some point ( why would we still be here if we believed other wise ) therefore when it does increase there will be greater deal of cash to repay the CLNs and interest. and we can get back to business the way it was intended.
But I have always thought that this business would be for sale at the right price. The "concert party" being the arbitter of the right price?
I'm averaging down at every opportunity to try to ensure I don't lose out on a low ball offer.
Im sure we're all upset about the loss of Divi but if its lost temporarily I will take that and hope that these loans get paid ASAP to at least put them back on the table.

No, This share is Nordic Mining and the product is Rutile and Garnet.
Good read so I may do a bit of research, Cheers
Yes pricked my ears up a little at this news
It definitely has re-assured me as to the viability of coal in Steel making in the immediate to mid term.
Hope for a small tick up in price on the back end of this....?
GLA
Apologies.
He resigned as CFO in April, so personally I'm not too concerned at the moment.
GLA
Wonder why the CFO has sold all his shares.?
I'm just about to buy another grands worth to average down after the dilution but might wait a day or two whilst I see what the market says.
Any thoughts.?
Sorry here's hopin, I was only trying to point out that yes while there were some chunky sells they were minuscule in percentage terms.
I get that buys would indicate sentiment improving but the fact that there is no wholesale sell off indicates to me that holders are just waiting the financials and production figures to either confirm or destroy any likelihood of dividends.
Metcoal price will obviously improve our outlook also.
In essence for me it's a waiting game now, but it would be nice to get basic production / shipping figures out.

Lets hope for an increase in metcoal prices soon. Report in mail links miners stock increasing on hopes of a Chinese Stimulus Package.

Which permit are you referring to? as I do believe that many permits have been submitted for approval for various stages of mine development.
The permit to mine the current cleared bench area was issued in RNS on 26th October 22 I believe.
As for sentiment, I don't believe the sentiment will do anything more for increase in price, that will only come in my opinion with details of production (confirms 2HWM operational)- Met coal price and Trains/Ships loaded and delivered.
From the sound of things we are similar in holdings and price,
I'm conscious of my paper loss and would prefer it not to be so,
I would like to see dividends, but I'm cautious in expecting their arrival at current metcoal price.
I'm mindful of the new investor which provides me with a degree of confidence that the price we are at at the moment is hopefully the bottom.
I'm mindful of the new investor and would hope that if they want the business lock stock and barrel, a fair deal would be struck for all inverstors that would provide a decent markup on my current average price of 30p.
I'm of the opinion that Metcoal price will increase.
All in all I'm comfortable but would like the variables that affect profitabiity to improve.
GLA
...to hear that the second HWM is fully staffed and producing the product.
Following last years high and then crashing low I've fought shy of trying to sound rampy but I dont think we will see our recent lows again too soon.
Recent small met coal rise to boot as well
