Interesting site for Nordic chat.

I've tried to register but cant receive the verification code for some reason.
GLA
Thanks for the update Mick.
I honestly thought this was a low risk as Nordic have the Governments backing in the case I believe? but nothing is finalised until its sorted so that will explain the slide in price.
More opportunity for me to get the average down,
GLA
Morning everyone.
Any thoughts on this share now or are we all now just sitting and waiting?
I've been increasing my holding whilst we are still at and around the last placing price trying to bring the average down.
GLA
Whats wiil the next bonuses be paid out on..... delivering regular 60K Tons plus per month or something like that?
I really don't mind the bonus but there has to be something in it for the shareholders, the BOD own shares so they are not getting divis on the share but they're taking a canny cut of the profits.
Would be nice if the loans had been taken with the caveat that no bonuses paid whilst loans are in play as well as the divis, that would drive a concerted effort to clear the loans and get all share holders and employees into a bonus/divi situation.
GLA
Panman if your in at 10p then you are on a winner regardless (IMO) and well done.
Time will tell for all of us when we see our target price / dividends and make our next moves.
GLA
Padd I really want to see the kind of SP we were looking at in the heady days, but 30p is my break even now after a lot of averaging down from figures alot higher.
30p allows me to re-evaluate.... the way I should have done 18 months - 2 years ago.
GLA
Yep understand that Panman, growth in SP should give a decent return, but in my opinion you could be waiting a while to see the SP advance like it did at the start of the business.
I sincerely hope I'm wrong and investors see the potential again create the demand and start the re-rate.
In for the long haul .....at least till 30p
GLA
Considering where we ( especially LTH) are now would you make an investment now on the basis of dividends down the line.
What I'm thinking is... the SP is fixed at the moment until we see any likelihood of dividend.
Coal price can be whatever it is but if a new investor isn't going to see a return they're going to invest elsewhere.
Early days but IMO we need to see increased production and coal price...pay off loans and get something back to investors.
Seems to me AVANI may be getting a dividend indirectly by negotiating discount on coal price for orders they bring in and therefore don't need a share dividend at the moment.
Ben's need to get rid of the loans ASAP.
Just the ramblings of an investor who is waiting.
GLA
Bit of both.
$2.1m as you say Fromage
$millions as you say BS
IPO price multiple increases possibly but that is gone for time being but shouldn't deny them their bonus.
However it should make us all mindful of the words that are used outside of RNS that could benefit the user, EG AW suggesting shares should be worth X and paid agents promoting a company that may result in Share Price increase.
Is 2.1 Million unreasonable in the circumstances of the performance of the company last year when a great deal of us would have happily paid the board that for all our shares getting close to £1. ?
( its just a shame they couldn't stay there.)
Onwards and upwards hopefully.
GLA
Did anyone see that
Share price increased to about .9 Nok and I could dummy sell and buy at that price for a period ??
Thought anyone
I think Penstock may have alluded to this possibility so apologies if it looks like plagarism.
Friday is 29th so could AW be looking to provide a positive update on the back of a less than flattering set of results.
Results first, followed by an "on target" 70-80K ton RNS monthly update following 2 HWM and CM working for a full month on double shifts.
GLA
Apologies Pash, the lack of potential for dividends was a bit of a shock to me as a part of the deals ( but I understand why and I'm still hopeful that Metcoal shall continue to rise and we will repay the loans quicker).
Anyway, we seem to be on a path to long term high production figures so onwards and upwards hopefully... to the dividend and beyond !!!
GLA
LTH 14... I suspect your last message was in a sarcastic tone.
This administration removed all the checks and balances required for public spend as an appropriate emergency procedure, this opened up the ability for Chums to be allocated to the VIP lane for PPE and COVID expenditure without any level of due diligence, VFM, Bribery / corruption checks.
If you want me to be thankful to a PM who pushed for the UK to be the first to get JABS IN ARMS and removed the normal measures and accountability of the Pharma companies to allow it when other Govts did not do it ( Australia in process of bringing one pharma to account for the side effects of the Jab I believe) you will have a long wait.
AIMO of course.
I would also suggest that the wording of the RNS of the loan notes for 11th July says it was issued on similar terms, so that may mean no dividend until both loans are paid off. - IMO
Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.
GLA
Pash,
BC will not be able to pay Dividends until the loan announced on 7 July is paid off
"Whilst the Loan Notes are outstanding, the Company may not declare, make or pay any dividend, charge, fee or other distribution (or interest on any unpaid dividend, charge, fee or other distribution) (whether in cash or in kind) on or in respect of its share capital (or any class of its share capital). "
But we should be able to make bigger dents in the outstanding amount now that Metcoal price is on rise.
