I was kind if thinking that Adam wouldn't hang around if there wasn't a bonus. I couldnt see what a bonus could be paid on unless he had a bonus on getting production of "n" 000s of tons per month out the door. not an SP price based bonus.
Avani need the coal obviously so will their loan facility become too much and they take the business in lieu of debt, can that happen?
Sorry situation... hope we can see a rise in met coal price enough to save BC .

Interesting commentary.
Mick, To be honest I was coming from a pretty low base of shares and the more I looked into Nordic I made the decision that the Keliber Link was fortuitous and the project was providing me the opportunity to get in at the sweetest price I could get which works out to be about 25% above the offering price after investing what I could afford when I could.
Its a pension play for me unless the possible in production price really offers an opportunity to make a significant difference to the overall pot.
Have you had any kind of feedback other than the linked in link you posted ( I couldnt see it for what ever reason )
Any way.... good luck Mick.
Has anyone (Mick) got a handle on how the case looks,
Im reading opinions / views from posters on the Finansaiven website and to be honest the majority of posters on there seem to be invested in NOM obviously but some of their comments come across as very confident that AMR supported by Land Holder associations are just chancers.
There is wording that NOM had earmarked 50mil for compensation but AMR are playing a weak hand on rights they have obtained after NOM significant research and investment.
Any thoughts would be appreciated, Im in with a decent lump (for me) having recovered from the placing to an average about 6p so my money is on a positive resolution to the case in NOMs favour...hope it doesn't drag on but I have feeling the courts ruling may be some time after the actual case. Meanwhile construction continues and NOM get closer to production.

Frontage, you need to be careful talking about dividends, it is part of the terms of the loans we have that no dividends are payable till they are cleared.
It's gonna be a while yet at the coal price the way it is.
It's a long hold now for me.

Naturvernforbundet and Natur og Ungdom have not upheld that the permit for mining with sea ponies in the Førde Fjord is invalid.
The environmental organisations must also pay NOK 1.4 million for the state's legal costs. This is evident from the verdict in the Fjord lawsuit that came from Oslo District Court today.
1 hurdle cleared for Nordic, 2nd at the end of the month with case brought by Arctic minerals and Landowners against the lower courts ruling in Nordic Favour in a previous dispute relating to rights of landowners and arctic minerals for minerals that are not included in the original mining permit but are within the excavated material. ( I think thats the jist of it)
Fingers crossed for end of month.

So we should know by tomorrow evening.
Naturvernforbundet and Natur og Ungdom have sued the state to allow the dumping of mining waste in Førdefjorden, and at 17.45 the verdict will be published by Oslo District Court. The so-called "Fjord Lawsuit" has been an ongoing environmental dispute since the 1990s. In connection with the verdict, the leaders of Naturvernforbundet and Natur og Ungdom invite to a press conference, where lawyer Amund Noss from CMS Klunge also participates. The press conference can be followed live on the Fjord Lawsuit website.
Tacet,
Your last post was full of your usual carefully thought through TA that you can support from previous history probably about as objective as it could be. but I was always interested to hear your commentary on what had happened technically.
Then you drop into total subjectivity regarding FA and this board and for me now those comments place you very precisely as a de-ramping poster.
Just my opinion.
