Quarterly update on production and delivery could create more evidence of the profitability of the company.

There's been an expected decline in the price as I assume Traders have gotten their profits out and will come back in if the ruling goes in Nordics favour. ( assuming they can get in )
Anyway, all the best to all holders LT or ST.
Metal Detector 10m shares at current price is less than £20K.... his BJay job may be remunerating him for loss of current incentives ( Golden welcome ) or his salary and options with them may make it a no brainer to leave.
I hope the BoD have taken his wish to move on the chin and are readying a response RNS which restores some belief in their ability to move the UFO project forward from its current position.

If we're out of cash, a placing int going to do anything in my opinion as that would now start to suggest were not selling coal at a meaningfully profitable price or someone's not paying bills, or we're not shipping coal?
If price is dropping below 10p we're below the IPO price and that means everyone is underwater.
I'm not comfortable where the price is but I'm thinking no-one in the business will be happy with this price and hopefully an explanation is due.
Avani and Acap have acquired higher than this SP, albeit getting interest but I can't see any placing at these levels would be beneficial for anyone.
No information supports being out of cash at the moment so I will sit and await more info and work on the basis the drop is due to Panama canal issues which will have a solution at some point.

I'm not sure of the technicalities of Norwegian Law but the recent rises in the share price seem to indicate that the markets believe Nordic will be successful.
Im sure there will be appeals but the future looks a little brighter and hopefully this stock will attract a Take over or will become a long term pension contributor.
