Shell is such a huge company that I doubt many "shorts" can afford the level of capital required for notification at what? 0.5% ... that's £200 Million ....

The shareprice has £9.00 written all over it, with another 10% wiped out for good measure .... (say) ....

... but the lower dividend will allow growth in green energies ... so time to sit on one's hands, wait for the bottom in a few months and then grab the upside.
