The positives are that death rates compared to CV19 cases, taking into account a 3 week delay, are not accelerating in line with case numbers .... as they did in March .... thus far, with some natural immunity in the population arising from other coronaviruses like the common cold.

Governments need to get on with managing the crisis effectively not spouting the constant populist bull we get from Johnson ... but then again, bull is what got him into power so what can you expect from a population dumb enough to vote an idiot like Johnson into power.

Of more worry is CV19 still washing through society .... the general public seems to have forgotten about the NHS capacity constraint and wants CV19 eradicated .... that is looking unlikely, regrettably.

CV19 is spreading in Florida .... FFS .... have you checked out the temperature there ... or in India ....

Put Sepl share price in tandem with RDSB say and and you will find it has essentially tracked the oil majors down with a higher beta ...

.... so the risk reward here is a juicer dividend to reflect slightly more risk given the location ....

.... a lot of talk I’m seeing about a deficit in the gas market going forwards with producers going off line.

But it’s oil and risky .... when Sepl blows it can hit £1 from here in a week .... or not.

Don’t forget that Sepl were also hedged to an oil price of $45 with some of their output .... I don’t know about gas .... but that oil hedge was a good move .... it was announced in a recent RNS of results pre April 24th cuz that is when I bought back in.

I’m simply pointing out that given various parameters that can be used to report data it is in Shell’s interest on this occasion to err on the positive side .... I’m certainly not arguing that Shell would do anything illegal.... and if I thought that I certainly would not have any money in the company.

Personally I think Shell in that respect will surprise on the upside.

We will see if I’m right or wrong.

But more seriously .... seems to be an institution trading In the background .... the MMs needed Level II to complete my trade so they have no stock to play with.

Took £10k off the table the other day at 60p given that a there was a big buyer on LII .... bought back 57p today.

3p can't complain .... lots of activity across LII today ... let's hope people have not been leaking the negatives before results .. that's the name of the insider game though.
