If the MMs hold a client order to sell X million shares in a company at 6p with the current price of a company at 7p ...
The MMs can happily offload shares to retail investors buying on the way down to 6p leading to more buys than sells as a share price collapses 13% or so.
Actual buys versus sells are not for public disclosure and a carefully guarded secret by the London Stock Exchange so sites like LSE can only make guesstimates of buy versus sells based upon the share spread at the time a trade is posted.
Since you never know the trading hand of the MM ... you are guessing.
Meanwhile, my comment was generic and not specific to any stock in particular .......
