Leaving a private company to be taken over by whoever, PI’s left with nothing?

Worse case scenario? But not only that a VERY possible one.

But nothing anyone can do, they have broken rule already so they have form.

Hope I am wrong but have a bad feeling

We are resigning?

The Company is in advanced discussions with a new Nominated Adviser ("Nomad") and Broker. WH Ireland has given notice to resign as Nomad and Joint Broker and the notice period is due to expire on 30 April 2020. WH Ireland will be working with the Company to ensure a smooth transition to the new Nomad.

Don’t think so it says WH Ireland have given notice

I called and strangely no one there to speak to regards WHEN the notice was given

Smells even more, but nothing anyone can do about it. Let’s see what happens, don’t feel too positive at the moment, yes the RNS had some nice points but this is a dark, dark, dark cloud. Let’s hope they fix this better than the “confirming the position with the bank”

Having invested quite a bit I hope the NOMAD is appointed.
BUT there are too many people highlighting the positive, and there many, especially reading between the lines, without addressing the obvious issue.
Burying the head in the sand is ridiculous , especially as the " ramping brigade" cannot have an impact on the share price while under suspension.
Yes we may have shares in a "private company" but no controls via FCA and Stock Exchange on how said company continue
we are at their mercy, a share price gives a value to a company you know EXACTLY what you are holding on a day via the price.
The rules and transparency are there to protect investors
A de-listing would be a disaster- nothing more nothing less.

No matter what people say, and I am invested in here quite a bit, it is VERY serious.

If we dont have a NOMAD we cannot trade on AIM we will be de-listed and the shares will be worthless.
You cannot avoid it if a new one cannot be put in place by the time allowed.
How much notice do NOMADS give, we are 3 weeks away from the notice period end, when was this notice given to the company?
In the end there is NOTHING you can do, in suspension, NOMAD leaving , you just have to HOPE that they have a new one.
Saying "on going " means nothing - when its taken 8 weeks to try and sort out the relationship with the bank - which is still on going.
It give little confidence something so IMPORTANT can be done in much less time.

Read it again Gecko, and I am sure we will get the doom and gloom merchant seizing on it, if we don’t get a Nomad sorted by the end of May it matters not a jot how long Covid-19 lasts.

Will any de-ramping make? The share is suspended. Why waste your time making statement that can have NO effect on the situation. Produce something that is supported, as per Alex efforts, then people may take notice.
Rumour and hearsay really do not constitute any solid information - either for or against investing in this in the future.
I know this isolation thing is dragging but are people that desperate to engage that they make such crazy assumptive statements?

I cannot see any news till end of May now, lots of companies putting things on hold because of the virus. Yes mining may be easier on paper but its what needs to be done AFTER the ore is mined, processing etc.

Dont forget a lot of the industry that uses the raw materials is not operating so there will be tension in lots of sectors and a time of consolidation and reflection

I think the biggest reason people are moaning is that they see all these bargains on the market and the profits they are expecting coulsyhave been used to buy said stocks. :-)

But if there is a breakdown and CITIC have kicked off and pulled out this is going to drop like a stone.

Not because there is any change in the basic situation, but because the MM will seize on this as an opportunity to drive it down triggering who knows how many stop losses and snowballing the effect. It will give people an opportunity to buy at rates they thought had gone forever, and I am sure that it will recover. The news should come, the fundamentals have not changed but I fear some pain to be endured if the relationship is damaged or broken.

Day with 4 MILLION shares traded. LOTS of money to be made by everyone

Even if you bought in at the lows today at 5p the share closed at 6.4p - around 36% increase- in ONE DAY and not even at the historic low prices.
The best thing is that it could carry on.

I wonder in a month or two's time people will be saying "Look at it now - I could have bought at 6.5p"

How many times have you had a share thats gone up, then you didnt take any profit, and it fell again?
Too many I am guessing if you are honest.

Dont knock people taking a profit - its there plan and it works for them

10% rise every day and I will be happy, anything higher would be a bonus.

Maybe, but could be even better if you wait for the placing, but then again depending on the discount they are sold at the market could be FLOODED with the sell off, one of the biggest gambles going, but thats AIM

But the fact they LIMITED their search to Europe shows a lack of urgency, still the longer they keep it going they get to draw a wage each month.
The share steadily dropped, and dropped , since early November a result of terrible BOD , and lack lustre management, but they still draw their wage,

No director shares purchase says more than anything, but still they draw their wage

Now the spectre of MORE shares to be issued, when we were supposed to be covered?
