I have shares and forgot all about them till I was made aware of the current situation.

I have had a look at the CIBC website, the bank where the alleged funds have been deposited in Chicago , and it seems there is a “Whistleblower “ page where people can report issues. Interestingly there is a section for “third parties “ causing damage to their reputation etc.

Maybe an option to clarify there is an account or not?

But regarding the lack of any RNS, the fact no speeding ticket was issued must be a positive sign?

Just spoke to HL and the shares for HE1 have arrived so should be available by close of business Tuesday do, but not holding my breath,

My account is with HL and on Friday night the price showing was 34p, it now shows 35.5.

Unfortunately I think there will be a drop, mm will take the news and use it to their advantage. The “Sell on News” brigade will do their bit and, something you cannot really fault, people will probably see this to be the point to sell up or at the very least top slice.
A strange RNS and you have to wonder why, what I would Have liked to see is that the sales process is progressing or something along those lines

To be fair I dont think he is short- look at his post history. Subtle attempts at promoting doubts. Talking about 2.50 and buying in when it drops . Just a sad sad attempt to create doubt and get a lower buy in price.

Everyones got there own plan, they have taken profit and you cannot blame them. Too many times people hang on an hang on only for the share to crash - not that I that I am saying it will happen here. But then use the funds raised to invest in another share - for some reason 7DIG seems to be thrown around -
Selling 1,000,000 but they may hold 2,000,000 so in the scheme of things they have probably money,shares and a free ride

In my opinion I see at least 2 RNS when any deal is announced .

The first one suspending the share pending an announcement

The second with the bones of any offer, price, conditions etc. Plus the caveat of if the board agrees that the offer is acceptable in their opinion.

Give the chance for MM to digest and put a new value to the share price.

Which should lead to an orderly scramble or shares..lol

Ten the fun begins with other companies looking at the figures and perhaps making counter bids
