29 May comes and no NOMAD so we are de-listed, gone , not on AIM.

How do you think we , being shareholders, will be able to "cash in " our shares?
What rules will the BOD have to follow to show what is going on ?

Got RNSman banned - RNSman himself.

He stepped over MANY lines and in the end admin had enough, simple as that, the amount of thread that had been deleted with his involvment were crazy!
He had been here for around a month and flooded the board with the same cut and paste messages, resorting to threats and abuse when he was failing.
Accusing people of de-ramping a suspended share !!!! what a load of rubbish

If they can avoid it you can bet they will.
It is not that simple, different countries, different rules. It's happened before and will happen again. Companies delist and shareholders are left with nothing.
I have a nice holding in here, a nice paper profit, luckily I did take out quite a bit on the crazy rise before this suspension.
If it comes good I will be very happy. But I have the feeling we have not been told everything, example the delay in notification of WHI leaving, no matter the reason why hide it till 3 weeks before it is final?
Hope I am wrong, 100% and totaly wrong.
But some folk seem to be ignoring it. Not that they can influence folk into buying or selling in the current circumstances, which we can be thankful for

It is not over , I agree, but few are re-listed on other exchanges, very few - what was the difference in the price from de-listing to the new NEX price out of curiosity

OK - IF EUA are delisted you say we still own part of it - how do you allocate ownership to us and all the other share holders

Exactly what I have been saying.
It does not matter how much you paid and how many shares you won in a de-listed company, its PRIVATE the word gives it away.
So many "experienced" investors seem to be avoiding the "UGLY" truth - pointed out in a very good post earlier by Amers I think .

No NOMAD = No Listing = NO MONEY

It is quite simple, all the other news, flank approval, JV, etc etc will mean nothing to us.

If we are de-listed and all the above happen HOW are you going to capitalise on in it by selling your shares?

Elenor, what notice do you think they have to give - 3 weeks ? Dont be so stupid they would have had to give MUCH longer . So they have KNOWN for quite a long time that WHI are leaving yet it was announced yesterday- why?

With the 3 weeks to go and the end of May another month I think a notice period of two months prior to yesterday is around 4 months?

I called WHI yesterday but no one was available to tell me the notice period- but I will be in touch on Tuesday to find out.
