Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
Good additional points stokey.
Hi jabberba, completely agree with you.
I have said before that our first target is a similar MC to AFC Energy, currently £69m with losses per share of 0.68p and no sales or orders.
They are most likely to increase their overheads with a manufacturing plant.
Our next target would be a similar MC to ITM Power, currently £751m with losses of 2.89p per share, they have sales and orders but have losses just over double their revenue.
They have the overheads of a manufacturing plant.
Our MC of just £24m appears to be out of step with losses of just 0.15p per share, we have orders for ELEVEN 35t/d DMG units (subject to the takeover of W2T) and do not and will not have the overheads of a manufacturing plant.
The FOAK will be up and running by the end of this year or early next and as soon as it is we receive the first annual licence fee of £500,000.
Next year it is anticipated that Peel will roll out a further THREE DMG units, once these are up and running we have recurring revenues of £2m on those FOUR units, putting us into profit.
Once the takeover of W2T is out of the way it is evident from DR's last interview that we will be executing similar licence deals to Peel in other countries around the world, increasing our revenue stream many-fold.
Thanks LedZep, very much appreciated.
Thanks Kenny. Just sat back, patiently awaiting announcements of progress.
DR declared his interest in W2T in one of the RNS's or interviews.
Thanks for that Kenny, nicely crammed into a nutshell Zac Mir.
Hi stokey, there is absolutely no shortage of interested parties wanting to use the PHE DMG technology, it's just that they all wanted to be second.;)
With Peel purchasing the UK distribution rights for the PHE DMG technology after we take over W2T we have the backing of one of the leading infrastructure, transport and real estate investors in the UK, with collective investments owned and under management of more than £5 billion.
The last paragraph in the link provided by Newboy yesterday is very encouraging, “The really exciting part is that this can happen quickly and it is a simple and cost effective solution. Householders can put everything in one bin and be safe in the knowledge that the plastic is either going to be recycled or used to create energy, fuels or other products.”
Salient points being this can happen quickly, simple and cost effective and all plastic can be collected in one bin.
With Peel behind us I have no doubt that our tech is going to get out there quicker than we previously thought possible, with, from previous estimates, a possible 150 35t/d units in the UK alone.
Also of interest is this statement by David Ryan from the 9th March 2020 RNS, “PowerHouse intends to negotiate similar exclusivity arrangements with development partners on a country-by-country basis as part of its strategy to enable roll-out of its DMG® technology in the most effective and speedy manner in each region.”
Very exciting times ahead with the potential for exceptional global growth.
Thanks Piltick, I see it has now shown up on this site, it hadn't at the time I posted.
3.5m the other day and 6.5m today, some big money being invested here.
Can anyone shed any light on the 6,550,000 share trade posted after hours?
That's £105,625.
If, and I think it will, planning is approved tomorrow, then we will be chasing the market cap of AFC, currently £113m.
Hi Wolves, we haven't spoken for a long time, hope you are keeping well.
Yes, the regulation surrounding medical waste was considered too onerous by Keith but that will not stop a licensee who wants to go down that route doing so.
That is the beauty of the licencing/royalty model, variety and mass.
I'm sure I recall DR saying that the DMG units would be built and commissioned off-site.
Peel are now taking care of funding FIVE DMG projects.
The first one will be up and running by the end of this year or very early next.
As soon as the first one is commissioned PHE receive the annually recurring licence fee of £500,000.
Peel will do the other four of the five in 2021, so by the end of 2021 we should have annually recurring income of £2.5m from the first five of Peels eleven.
And I would not be surprised to see further licensees added once the FOAK is up and running.
One thing is certain, the DMG process will evolve.
If I recall correctly that was from 100% tyre crumb.
Different types of plastic will yield different quantities of H2.
The only thing that matters is that the DMG can produce 2 tonnes of H2 and 52.8MWh's of electricity per day from mixed dirty plastic (or 80+MWh if electricity only).
It makes more sense to use mixed plastic rather than add a further step of separating (added cost), this way all available plastic will be used rather than favoring the higher CV plastics for higher yield, which could happen and could result in a mountain of unwanted low CV plastic which might still end up in landfill or being incinerated.
This is an extremely attractive proposition for any prospective licence holder worldwide.
From the numbers we have, the H2 accounts for about 34% of the recovered energy, assuming 40% efficiency of the gen-sets or 31% if the gen-sets are 35% efficient.
Kudos to Paul for giving the presentation.
Thanks for that cracking information LZ.
Exciting times ahead.
While the gasoline-fed fire eventually consumed the second test vehicle, leaving it a smoldering heap of charred steel and melted glass, the hydrogen fire was over in less than two minutes and left the hydrogen-tank equipped test car virtually undamaged. In fact, the heat inside the car never got above 67 degrees (F). Dr. Swain points out that while the gasoline fire started as the result of a simple, small hole in the fuel line, for the hydrogen fire to occur, it would have taken the catastrophic failure of four separate safety systems, all at the same time, a highly unlikely occurrence".

A good paper on how safe H2 is.

Thanks LedZep.
